Yep, that's right no more GTV for me (at least not on public roads...) :cooldance

Big thanks to Nick (Blitz) and Andrew (merli) and Ivan from Northshore Nissan. :)

Thanks for the advice/help guys.

Can't wait to pick my baby up, and do some victory donuts :burnout:

hahaha victory donuts in a gtir = broken gearbox :D

Got spare at home :)

( http://www.gtir.com.au/rwd-r_burnout_full.htm ) scroll down to see GTI-R burnout (note not me, or my car...)

Anyways, picked the car up last night. Looks great. A couple of little things pi$$ed me off though.

1. they put 2 kms on the clock and recorded peak revs of 6100 rpm - there was no need for my car to leave the shop.

2. the broke the cable tie holding down my turbo timer.

3. my power window now won't work.

Felt a bit flat as the guys there did pretty reasonable work and were quite personable, but I can't abide people that have no respect for other peoples belongings. Especially since they know the car is important to me, otherwise it wouldn't be in there having my hard earnd thrown at it... 6100 rpm aint so bad, but 6100 rpm on a cold motor gives me a sick feeling in my stomach..

oh well. Just glad it's back, now and can fuc around trying to make my power windows work again.

    • Yeah I also looked at Plazmaman, but, it ended up alot  cheaper getting black ones through EFI when you also added in the delivery cost
    • Nice shot! They look super clean. The roof rack delete on the black one is interesting. Would like to see more pictures from different angles. It's subtle but could make quite a difference to how the car looks in profile.
