The most I got to on SLDL was 120x10 before switching to off the ground. They were certainly tough, particularly on grip because you can't rep reset like off the ground. Great for people with limited flexibility too.

Do you guys do any grip specific training or just let the compound pulls do their work over time? Is there such an exercise as just standing there in a lockout until your grip starts to give way?

Didn't do the week 11 of the PPP 180kg deadlift but did the following;

60 x 5

100 x 5

140 x 5

150 x 3

160 x 3

170 x 1

180 x 1

Got my 180kg PB! It was nice seeing 4 x 20kg plates each side lol. Am absolutely wrapped with that.

Weighed in today at 78.9kg so lightest I have been in 15 years yet have lifted more than I ever have.

it's a good reward when you see the numbers go up

Grats dude! :)

192.5/100/210 - 502.5 at 87.9kg

2.5kg PB / 10kg worse than PB / 10kg worse than PB.

5kg lighter bodyweight.

Happpy with the sq PB.

The others are still weak but it's as good as I could get them since last injuries.

Hoping to improve SQ and deads by June.

Bench will prob stay the same cause I won't be training it much if at all.

Once again, I hate wraps.

so so much pain.

    • I may have my math slightly wrong, I'm not double checking that again, but the factory spec for fuel pressure is to set it with the engine IDLING (in vacuum). That spec is 51PSi while idling. So now add +10psi for atmospheric, and +7 for 7psi of boost, and we need 68psi of fuel pressure at full noise, and 51psi idling. That's according to the FSM I found last night for M35. So MINIMUM fuel pressure should be 51psi and it climbs from there.
    • Provided that what you see makes sense and is not "linear" between, say 1.9 and 2.1 volts and that's the whole range you get. You still need it to be doing one end of the 0-5v range at one end of travel, and the other end of the 0-5v range at WOT.
    • So just calibrate whatever voltage the closed position and full throttle position is and check linearity ? Sounds good to me
    • go look at the live data, and slowly open and close the throttle, if it is moving in a linear fashion, just do a re-calibration. OR if you really want to, adjust the TPS position so it's under 1V (no need to be bang on a 0,45V, it's not a stock ECU), then recal. Job done, rip skids, post it here.
    • Looks better than dusted paint, and also looks better than the old OEM one, much happy
