I know that nearly all the girls that start at my gym really, really want to be able to do them. We have quite a few girls who can do wide grip dead hang chins here, we have a pretty good program for getting it done. The pause at the bottom kills me lol. Without it can at least do ~20... rev210 Posted February 7, 2013 Author Share Posted February 7, 2013 No not weighted. I just did a vid of my workout. So we can kick start. 8 reps is easy to beat. You just need a vid. There doesn't need to be a pause, just your arm fully extended/straight at the bottom. No real hang time just full ROM.
