I'd love to go.. unfortunatly my car is not ready, and I am out of state.

Damn Man! I was going to say bring the bike or something, you away for work? Sooner you get your ass back in NSW and get your nugget sorted the better!

Want to come to this - Sydney side. Will look into the meet up points for a nice drive up with you guys.

Hey new to this forum im from sydney Just got myself a r33 gtst. Ill be in for the cruise.

That's a good way to begin on your first forum post :)

There's even a Tech Night tonight about Servicing should you become a Member on arrival!

Good stuff! Best was to get to know the guys is to come cruising :D If you want to attend events such as circuit, hillclimb, tech nights or any official events just let us know and we will show you how to become an SAU NSW member :yes:

For now, meet up with the Sydney guys and come enjoy some nice roads!

What with the tech nights?

There is one tonight, basically a workshop hosts a night and educates us or shows us how things are done! Tonights is servicing/maintanance and engineering i think! You keen on coming? Its generally members only from memory but if you want to come and fill in the forms etc its a good start *hint hint* haha

Yes Tony, just walk into a Nissan Dealership in your pinstripe suit > Keys to the new Nissan Pulsar SSS > Tony disappears for 4 hrs hehe...

Then you've got 4 hrs to think up an excuse as to why you're not buyin' it!

eg control arm bushes cracked

eg worn synchro on 2nd

I'll meet you guys at the halfway point on putty road. I'm leaving from Mcdonalds on windsor and grove ave, and heading up putty rd, will probably leave Macca's at around 10am to get at halfway point for 11:30am

sounds like a good idea, if I come ill meet up with you there!!!

      I've got a 2011 J50 that I imported six years ago. The unmodified factory AV system date and time has always been correct ( Japanese timezone of course ) up until last month. About two weeks ago, at engine start, the system wished me a happy new year ( in Japanese of course ). I can't think of anything that would make the system think that the date had changed, unless the GPS component has failed/reset somehow ? I checked the GPS reception in the system settings, and it can still see the satellites. Has any other J50 owner had this happen ?  It's no biggie, just annoying that it tells me the wrong date anytime I start the engine. 😅

      ok so if i wanted to go 18's i would go for 8's  in front 30+ or 32+ off set at front and the back 9 would be ok? what offset should i aim for.. then can i do some  hunting for wheel rim choices..    If i get this - will this fit all around: Size: 18 x 8.5 +37 - n what tyres size tyre should i get for front n back?

      Absolute f*cking nightmare. I had to take breaks constantly, and I was always pissed off when I got home. The line split in Italy on day 2 (we drove from the Netherlands), lol. Driving any narrow European town was... well, sh*t.   Appreciate it man. Here, I'll just drop a favourite from the load I took on Saturday.   I'll update here when things happen with the car, the thing is, with stock power and almost everything chassis-wise taken care of, there really are no problems. 268,000kms now and counting.
