Oh I thought you meant yesterday's session. I'm not happy with my deadlifts as I used to deadlift 120kg and 100 for reps. Struggling with form just keep arching my back on 70 so can't move forward

Arching from back injuries though right?

Understandably you probably are annoyed but the body goes through stages as you know and when it's not feeling up to the task best not to push it.
You'll know when it's time to turn up the boost and because of muscle memory you be back there whenever you like as long as you're in good health it comes back very quickly muscle mass for those who have already earned it the hard way [emoji106]
