And I forgot to ask, what's the story with the number plate, does it have a meaning?

Not my number plate, it was the blokes :P but i dont know why he has it, the meaning is '26'

its something to do with computers, computers see '011010' as the number '26'

Computer nerd friend let me know that haha.

Yeah, I searched and found 26 too... Didn't know if you were a gtr owner in the past or something....!

haha i wish! we have had a few GTR's in the past though, my dad used to import from japan, i would love a clean low kms 32 GTR one day!

Not sure such a thing exists anymore, but you never know.

Hey, I just found one with 20K at Edward Le... nevermind.

16+8+2.. 26 checks out.

My initial thought was that the guy attempting to be 'smart' by having a number plate that 'looks' like 1's and 0's but is actually a mixture of I's and 1's (and 0's). But that could be me being paranoid :P

2nd last character is def an I (indigo), not 1, so makes me think the characters surrounding it are O's, not zeros, i.e. 3 number, 3 letter plate (but O's & 0's look very much the same).

Mmm, I also think if we (I really mean me) spent less time pondering stuff like this, & instead put it to good use, we'd be much better off, lol.

E Lee. Lol. Pls refer to some other threads on this character.

Yes, still attainable however, I've seen cars with only a couple of thousands kms for sale. But then your looking at 60+ for the purchase price before shipping. They have well and truly reached collector status in Japan.

I think it is well established here, that car yard is a joke. Sometimes when I am feeling sad or down, I look at their youtube advertisements to cheer up.

But sometimes I cringe when they slam the boot on their m35's.

Very nice Adam! Do love the series 2 Axis.

Be careful with the coil overs too. You don't want to make it stiff. It will handle a lot better without super stiff springs. Nismo items are awesome, see if you can replicate the rates. I forget what they are.

8.2 front and 9.3 rear for AWD

7.6 front and 9.2 rear for RWD

Off the top of my head, might be slightly out on the RWD rears...

Im very interested in the roof wrap. I was going to wrap my roof and bonnet in gloss black as it will go well with the silver and a set of silver and black wheels will go nicely

I had my roof warped in gloss black, it makes the car look lower and European IMO

Jebus that seems quite high?

    • Ok thanks..that was my second question if i can somehow bypass this even with Nistune(that is all i have right now...aparat from stock ECU. So with some aftemarket it can by "bypassed" or make it work?  I know there is Link or Haltech (mainly used). We have ECUmaster here so i will gather some info about it.
    • Yes. You will need to get the original boost sensor and wire it in. That is.... if you plan to use a stock ECU - even a Nistuned ECU. The Nissan ECU will not operate correctly without it connected. And yes, it will do annoying stuff like you are experiencing. You will almost certainly be better off with some aftermarket ECU, than trying to hunt down rare sensors.
    • Ok so ABS/TCS is "not" the problem. Yeah i know now about the ABS with Nistune(i told that to the Nistune guy) but iam not 100% why or why i dont have ABS. ABS cube is in the engine (always has been) but i had braked couple of times rly hard and brakes just locked and scream. Does all Skylines have ABS cube? That boost sensor https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/367633-wtb-r34-gtt-turbo-pressure-sensor-pics-inside/ Is this it? I need to ask but i have a picture of engine bay and i do not see that (100% is not in that place) If i do not have this the car can do what mine is?(cutting around 4000 rpm) Here is the pic of my engine bay(only one i have) BUT i think i dont have that cuz loom was used from my RB20DE NEO and i know (obviously) that it does not have boost control or any wire to that...) so maybe that is the problem? (i dont know for 100% if that car where the engine is from had that)...but i dont have the loom from that
    • I'm with you here. It's either loom has an issue, OR, injectors are not functioning properly. It could even be they're just constantly dribbling, hence the wet, but not firing.
    • Depending on how long the car sat it is very possible for injectors to be stuck open or closed, I'd get them cleaned and flow tested. Other than that, obviously when the loom changes and the car doesn't start any more....the loom is suspect so some tracing / comparing may be required
