It seems someone has been back, a few M35 Stagea parts have been stolen since. I really hope it isn't someone I know with a Stagea but it's useless to anyone else... Try and help people and this is what I get. :/

Cameras will be installed today fagt, come back and I will be ready for you.

Pretty gutsy going back for more.

Don't tell em the cameras are getting installed, you want them to come back with them on!

Though it's likely they haven't even seen this thread if they returned.

Well that's fuarked...

My suggestion would be (having been raised in Sydney's Western suburbs), mount cameras where people won't think to look. So not on the wall in the corner, but more at a lower height on a wall with the lens facing up. Depends on the range and vision of the camera though. Many many years ago, a mate had shit go missing and it looked like someone had a key to get in. He set up flood lights but left them on the floor and had the sensor near his shit. Looked like they were lying there waiting to be mounted but he'd left it like that intentionally. Thief comes back, finds out it's his ex selling shit for next to nothing to get back at him... But a few ideas any way. Shit blokes know where to look for cameras and lights. Although, in this day and age, you can get really tiny powerful shit that can be hidden anywhere. Hope that helps!

I want them in view as a deterrent, the parts I leave out usually don't have much value anyway. As long as the customers cars are recorded i'm happy, as I have done my best to stop opportunistic thieves. The ones that want something in particular won't be stopped by cameras or padlocks.

These are 4 of the wheels that were taken. JDM VENERDI 19" Chrome. Likely to be TOTALLY unique in VIC.

Been trying to sell them for the past couple of months...

Anyone seeing them, PLEASE let myself or Scotty know. they are 5x114.3 so will fit ford or Jap wheels.

Yes Lifted, been on eBay for a while.

what's worse is that they are REALLY nice wheels for the right car. and you can't get that stuff here. I was even getting tempted to put them back on my stag.. Anyways.

    • Seems like a decent result for a modded JZX110. They are bulky in comparison to the 100 and 90 models (which I'd prefer myself) but they are getting very few and far between here in JP these days. Thanks for the detailed review and the import process into the UK. I also have a car which I'm hoping to export from Japan at some stage so it's good to know if someone from the UK was interested in it. By the way the corrosion underneath is par for the course for cars which were located in/near the mountains or along the Japan sea coastline. They get huge amounts of snow every winter and the sodium chloride is used on the roads. Many cars have some kind of rubber like treatment underneath but they tend to limit it to the wheel arches underbody and fuel tank. Suspension arms and sub-frames will have similar corrosion to your JZX110 which is a common sight. See it all the time and car dealers here generally don't even mention it unless asked.
    • If the sound goes away when you clutch in, the 1.5/2 way diffs are just shit, and you are a normal person. The diff is likely "fine" but driving at anything under 30kmh is a violent horrible experience. It would be exaggerated with solid diff bushings and subframe bushings if you have those.
