Am I to understand you're doing 6 sets of 6 reps of 80kg squats? Then 5 sets of 6 reps of 85kg? If so, that must take a long time!!! mr_rbman Posted April 30, 2015 Author Share Posted April 30, 2015 I haven't done any sorta volume for over 2 years (max was 5x5) so this was killing me.......especially to begin with...... but my fitness is definitely improving and the reps are slowly starting to reduce as we head towards a 1RM attempt........ Will be interesting to see the results as I'd much prefer lifting heavy vs. volume................
