What Front Lip Is This? (r34 Gtr)

Does anyone know what front lip is on this R34 GTR?

Please don't say it's the standard front lip either, because I have the standard one on my car, and it isn't. The lip pictured extends further, and the ducts along the middle of the front are also missing.
