The land has been handed over to the company but I believe they are in court with local gov, I would say that Liverpool council is upset because they haven't followed the usual Liverpool Council procedures of brides and corruption.

Plus land contamination, but I wont let that get in the way of a good conspiracy.

Is that where the intermodal's going to be located? That's no good. Moorebank Ave and Anzac Rd, which are the only two ways to access it, are small local roads. They can't handle an intermodal facility on top of local traffic, of which there is a lot during peak hours.
