Replacing stock BOSE audio/nav system

Hi all! I'm a brand new owner of a G35, very happy with it however something I'm unhappy with is how the audio is setup. Tried to play a copied audio CD, didn't work, plugged in my iPhone and I get some music but the sound is extremely weak even though it has a fairly big subwoofer setup in the boot etc. Anyway I was thinking of having the audio/nav system removed and replaced with my Pioneer audio/nav system. I was quoted $440 locally if I provide the 2-DIN facia they would swap out the stock stuff and replace it with my Pioneer setup which includes a spot for a USB flash drive. Is there anything I need to be mindful of? Thanks!

I loved my old V35 Bose sound system.

You said Nav system. So do you have the pop up screen or is like the one in the picture? 

There are other ways to do it if you have the Nav system with the pop up screen.

But if you don't have the pop up screen then your going the right way
