APEXi AVCR Group buy (Version 2) - from $510 delivered.

Recommended Posts

This group buy is a continuation from the original group buy I posted for the apexi avcr (hence version 2!).

Thanks to a bit of 'healthy competion' on the forum, I am now in the position to be able to offer fellow SAU members a group buy for the APEXi AVC-R electronic boost control at a much better price.

The units are brand new in the box with all installation components and english manual/instuctions available upon request.

Also, here is a link to the instruction manual for the avcr from the apexi website.

Heres the offer;

5 = $530.00 delivered

10 = $510.00 delivered

PLEASE NOTE- This offer has been extended from the original offer because of the price that is now available to us. I have confirmed this group buy with the previous members and they have all agreed to continue with this deal.

The final close date will now be on the 21st Jan 05 with payments due by 25th Jan 05.

Money will be transfered to the supplier and the units will be shipped immediately and should be recieved by the end of the following week.

Items will be sent via EMS courier with full tracking through the EMS AUSTRALIA website.

I will not be making any money out of this group buy but I will still be buying a unit for myself and 1 for a mate so we save some $$ aswell.

Yep keep me down as confirmed for this group buy

if ya do get 10 ppl, which i think its goin to be easy to do

ya have my acc details for extra 20 bucks .

thanks Paul

What a great response so far. I have updated the buyers list and we have 8 confirmed interests. We only need 2 more to qualify for the $510 price. This shouldnt be a problem.

As soon as we get the numbers up then I will send everyone payment details and get the ball rolling.

:cheers:

Paul.

Group buy finishes tomorrow night. We need one more buyer - who will it be?

This is an unbeatable price so if your interested dont hesitate to secure your avcr.

:cheers:

oh yeh - bump!! LOL ;)

This group buy is now finished.

We have 9 confirmed buyers which means the final price is at $530 delivered.

For those that have payments pending - thankyou and I will let you know when your money has cleared.

For those that havent paid please do so by tuesday 25/01 (bear in mind that transfers can take up to 48 hrs to clear)

:(

are u still giving these away?

PM sent.

SH** first I've seen of this thread. I would have been the 10th for sure. I just went out and bought a gfb dual stage.

you could always sell your gfb dual stage and upgrade to the avcr :D

Stupid question - but can you get the SAFC-2 as part of this group buy ?

As I am not a trader I dont have the safc in stock but if their is enough interest I can try and organise a group buy.

Also, If I get enough interest in the avcr's I will be more than happy to organise another group buy for the same prices. I can access the avcr for this price at any time.

:D

If there is another group buy for the AVCR's and/or the SAFC in the next couple of weeks i'll definately be in for it. Please send PM if there is any go ahead with either.

Cheers,

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.

    • Yes, but, I paid cash and I'm pretty sure the receipt was in the bin 10 minutes after I got home Note to self, keep all receipts

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
