private tarmac/road ?

Has anyone got a private piece of tarmac or road that is allowed some abuse?

would love to get together and go nuts on the surface without having to put up with the wait of the motorplex

i know of a place and its just a massive road that leads to a dead end and its about 2 hours out of perth

but u cant be disturbed.. its in the middle of the hills and is perfect... pitty its so far

yeh.. i know some locals and its an entrance to an old mine... one to which we insure... yay for knowing how to get there and the security

can let ya know where it is... and i can ask the locals who have tarmack layed already

I would have thought that the major issue for privately owned tarmac/bitumen was the insurance issues and implications of having people on it.. Up here there is a really large cememnt pad where a massive shed used to be, the guy who owns the block uses it himself for suspension tuning, he said that if there was no incurance implications he would let us on there for a thrash once in a blue moon..

u dont need to have insurance on it if u dont charge ppl.

and if ur insured anyways u dont need it..

if the dude lets u use it, its at ur own risk...

whos cares... if its ur own property and u let ur mates out on it then if they fark up then work it out between urselves..

its not like ur gonna be holding comps and events onit..
