it was said on the forum here somtime ago that the r33 kits fit and better than the 32 l but i wouldnt mind finding someone the has actually done the installation perhaps somone one here knows ppl in japan??

'marky' from exhaust technology in SA, assured me that he has fitted a couple of r32 hybrid kits onto cefiro's before.

he said that there is only the possibility of one pipe needing minor adjusting. but he thinks that may have only been because of the standard front bars.

i will be purchasing one of these in the next couple of months so i will let people know how i personally go with it or if anyone else does it first, let me know.

cheers.

They do take a bit of fiddling around..........I personally tend to fit the hynrid cooler and have custom stainless/alloy piping made to suit........it ALWAYS fits better and costs bugger more than buying the hybrid piping kit. Not to mention that with the hybrid kit you need to buy a new smaller battery but with custom piping you can maintain your current battery most of the time.

Im going thru this dilehma atm.....thinking i might just go the ARC 600x300x75 core and get some custom piping made up......not sure how this size core will fit behind the standard front bar?? Ne1 got this size FMIC hiding behind their stock front bar??? Riverside ?? etc?

That sized cooler will fit really well behind your front bar........you will have to remove a small section of the UNDERSIDE of your reo........and then just trim the bar to suit.

They sit quite nicely, i have installed that sized cooler on both cefiro's and laurels and they all came up great.....and as an added bonus, you don't see the hoses on the end tanks. Perfect fit.

Skyline and Cefiro piping will be different with all kits. i recomend a blitz LM kit. i had one on b4 i crashed my ceffy :D

everything lined up great, plus you get the more efficient tube n fin core. i paid 1500 at

http://www.greenline.jp

Theres also the HKS V-Spec which is a little cheaper. But for the best performance, go the Blitz LM. My mate is using one on a 422rwkw 180sx!

These are the only two suppliers that i have found Cefiro specific Kits for.

Boost away!

Jay.

    • Or, the height of the release bearing is not correct for your combo. Start with the bleeding and checking the slave moves throughout its range when you press the pedal (2 person required), but it is possible for the height to be internally wrong too (box back off to measure.
    • Yes, there's quite a few things that can go wrong during a clutch install. Very unlikely. I have a similar clutch. They (ACS) make good gear. No, it is not normal. It is possible that you just need to bleed the clutch slave. But the new clutch will also have a more aggressive actuation force/pressure, and so your old slave cylinder might be a bit leaky or otherwise compromised, and not up to the extra force required. Or the master cylinder, same.
    • Hi...so a "development" here aswell The swap is "done" and car went "test drive" BUT it seems the clutch(maybe gearbox?) is a little bit sad? I bought this clutch kit https://justjap.com/products/xtreme-heavy-duty-organic-clutch-flywheel-kit-nissan-skyline-r31-r32-r33-push-type "Problem" is that the first gear is hard to put into and it seems that the clutch is not disengaged. It was not the problem with the old clutch...(or like sometime the first gear would not get as easy specialy when the fluid was cold) So? Can it be like...bad "install" or is the clutch wrong ((it should not have been) i done research to get the right one) Or is this "normal" with new clutch and needs to be break in?
    • @Duncan I can try  and thanks i did not thought about VIN and part numbers for 33/34. @GTSBoy yeah it looks like iam gonna do that
