Help Me Install My Bov Plz

Just wanna ask a few questions, I wanna install my BOV and I was told I should block off the pipe that runs the air back......now this pipe is quite long, so should I just block off the end next to the BOV or do I need to remove it altogher, logically it shouldn't make a difference where I block it off as long as its blocked off. If I have to take that pipe off, it would be quite annoying.

yes just plug the hose next to the bov.

for it to be neater youl have to muck around removing the metal pipe.
