Don't use those guys, I saw a job they did on a mates car, there was polish residue all over the car! Its not hard to wipe it all off when finished.

hahaha yeah Strapp Ford buddy... I got the tech pack and luxury pack as for the extra money it came with heaps of extras! For the money and a stock car they are pretty bloody quick on the move thats for sure.

Hey buddy, Good to see you have tried the XR6 at Calder, I have a manual FG XR6 Turbo ute as well, the launch control is sooo good but I am having the same problem as you. It launches really well but as soon as it gets going it starts to spin the wheels in the mid rpm range. Even second gear is a little tail happy unless you ease it into gear.

You need to use the functions to activate them, so when you have started the car in the diagnostic mode take it for a 5 min drive and you will see all of the items light up by themselves. I was stressng out when I turned mine off as I couldnt turn them back on, but you will see for example, when you his the brakes, the brake light will illuminate on the MFD.

I was quoted approx $3300 for a full Racepace exhuast (leaving stock dumps), but call them for your own application, and I beileve that is mild steel with stainless mufflers. I think you could do it cheaper in full stainless but the key is the mufflers that you use as to flow and noise. They are amazing exhausts though.

I went through 4 different exhaust setups until I was happy with what I have at the moment. Just be carefull of the Jap exhausts, some of them are only quiet because they restict them, I bought an Apexi N1 which was advertised as a 3.5inch system and 'quiet' only to find it had a 2.5 inch silencer welded in it! We cut it out and it flowed really well but too loud for me! I ended up goin full custom exhaust, the mufflers (10inch x 7 x 16) I sourced from S.M.B and went with the largest 3.5 inch offset mufflers and custom piping. I just tried this with my V-Spec, i managed to turn off the bottom two sensors and shit myself because I couldnt get them back on! After a while of stuffing around I figured it out. So the sensors may just be turned off but I wouldnt have believed it if I had not tried it myself.

Mine is making between 200-210 awkw depending on boost and is a ready nice car to drive.

I have a B6 Quattro, have owned it for 3 years and moddifed it quite alot. Full Revo stage 3+ turbo kit: GT2871r Turbo ATP Manifold Electronic Boost Controller Front Mount intercooler 3 inch stainless turbo back exhaust into Milltek twin system New sachs clutch New ECS tunning brakes (larger two piece discs) front and rear ATP intake pipe Forge Divertor Valve BMC Air Intake There is no S4 body kit, the S line is similar but not the same or there are (like mine) factory audi body kits which are called vortex kits. They are not expensive to run or maintain at all, infact my GTR is mre expensive to maintain. My wife is currently driving the car and she averages 40-50,000km per year and it is a brilliant car. i think there are major services to be done at 4years or 90,000km but if you go to an independant guy like Audvolks in Calyton Vic they are cheap and experts on maintaining these cars and brilliant to deal with. The only thing to remember when modding them is that they will make decent power but it is not as easy to get as a skyline, and are limited as to the amount of power they will produce. It is a pleasure to drive, safe, practical and cops don't even look twice. With the turbo kit it would eat a V8 S4 and uses less fuel. If I sold mine i would upgrade to an S4 and superchage it, the B6/7 is just a great car! Ask away if you have any questions.

I have had a Golf 1.9 diesel, a jetta 2.0 diesel and my mate has a Golf 2.0 diesel gt. The Golf GT is a great little car whith plenty of torque and heaps of fun. Check out REVO tunning and see just how much power these cars make from a simple reflash of the ecu. If you don't car much for the performance then just go the 1.9, but the 2.0 engine is quite nice and again with a remp alone you are talking 400nm, the GT with just a remap is 440nm and in a little car is fun, not to mention the 1000+km per tank~

In my 34 GTR I get about 14ish L/100km, it has a full exhaust, cam gears, fuel pump, wolf computer and 262rwkw On the freeway it is obviously better

Give Rob a call at Sabbadin Automotive, we tried many different combos and mufflers on my R34 GTR including the magnaflow muffler you are looking at (I have it for sale if you are interested, it has only done a few hundred km). Finally we found a great 3.5inch custom system which is super quiet on the freeway but sounds nice when I push it, with the windows up you can bearly hear the thing! You are going to need an offset muffler though, give Rob a call, he will sort you out 9558 4422, tell him you want a system like Daves with the Black 34 GTR!
