  1. I bought my missus one, absolutely poos all over a R34 sedan from great height. Awesome cars, excellent build quality and engine.
  2. And disconnect the battery first!!
  3. GT Auto can do Fcon. Only the later versions apparently.
  4. Use your palm and tap it so it slides towards the front of the car. It locates in a socket at the base of the headlight as well as the top screw. It can sometimes be tight espectially on a car thats never had a front ender.
  5. Iv got an AVCR in Brisbane. Pm me if your interested.
  6. Pms sent re pods and ecu.
  7. Its no problem to buy a car from interstate, my last car I bought inter- country, direct from Japan which was a huge leap of faith but well worth it now its over.
  8. Another pic to help your cause. My old car, 18x10 +22 Good luck with the sale
  9. They give lots of switch and dipper switch faults. The main switch feeds out separate left and right, which also continues thru the dipper swich. Try flicking the switch on quickly to see if both come on at the same time.
  10. Once you get a bit of heat in that engine all the fuel will evaporate out of the oil, but the mixtures may be a bit rich. Glad to hear it wasnt overly major, still alot of drama you dont want though.

  12. The cars themselves are fine, reality is there a typical old capella or 808. Ususal old car stuff to worry about like rust and wear and tear, wouldnt be a problem on a good one if you spent the coin on it.. Theft and parts availability is the real drama, have a look what front and rear rx-3 parts sell for on ebay.
  13. Im after a R32 GT-r radiator and fan shroud. Would buy a good stock one of an aftermarket alloy job. Prefer to pickup from Brisbane, unless its new as i like to inspect before buying. Pm if you can help.
  14. GT Auto. More GT-Rs in that place than anywhere ive ever been to in my last 8 years of import ownership, they must know a thing or two about them. Engine noise and compression, previous damage, rust, warning lights on, no ac operation, crushed sill panels and floors, worn out interiors plus the usual wear and tear is where id start on any GT-R. There are some really nice ones out there still, gotta look and u get what u pay for. Good luck with the search.
  15. headlights?? let me know.
  16. I have a "Launch X431" scanner that has a prinout function, call a few mechanics and auto elecs to see who has one.
  17. Boost leak?? Afm??
  18. You learn something every day, thanks for the info.
  19. Im pretty sure s1 and s2 computers are different, got to do with ignitor and coilpacks being different. Check with an online parts supplier like nengun ect and see if theres different part number for the PFC ecus.
  20. The main ecu earths are on the the top of the engine, bolts to the top water outlet near injector 1, 2 x 10mm headed bolts. Run another earth cable from there, to the ignitor and back to the battery terminal, keep them all on the same ground.
  21. Its a long shot but have you checked the earths, battery terminals and alternator output? Have a look at the ecu plug too, try disconnecting and reconnect making sure the plug goes on nice and square as your tightening it.
  22. I have an incomplete set id sell 1 off.
  23. Many thanks babyskyline, unfortunatly the car is still in Japan so no access to the blue plate but it looks like I scored a great deal!
  24. Is it possible to tell if this is a Vspec from this?? BNR32 302319
