  1. I have a whole heap of parts lying around I no longer need due to various upgrades. GTR Injectors 444cc straight fit into RB20 WITH the resistors to make them run on your Rb20 ECU. these are in good condition have only removed them as i no longer have an RB20 in my car. I can also supply you with a remapped ecu to suit these injectors and whatever turbo you choose. I will ultrasonically clean them, they have new pintle caps and o rings. $350 (cheap considering they are cleaned and with resistors) RB25 CAS excellent condition $50 Blitz supersound BOV to suit RB20det comes on pipe that bolts right on to your RB20 in 10min. $100 (i will need your standard pipe in exchange) $100 H/D PBR Organic clutch kit with pressure plate, flywheel and disc. designed to hold 240rwkw. done 10,000 k's approx $100 pipes, clamps, bolts, hoses, ancilleries, pm me whatever little parts you need
  2. Do'h! nevermind I just picked up a set from John at Trojan, those guys are tops!
  3. hey dudes, UGhhhhhhhh. well don't ever let anyone tell you you can fit top feed injectors and rail to an RB25 plenum... 5. I have read a lot of the comments on this site and it pi$$es me off. Firstly, for the record I am not on the site and i am a safe driver and leave all my racing to track and drift days on a racetrack supervised by professionals in a legal environment. It cost me around 2 grand a year but its worth every cent.. there are too many things that can go wrong on the road and i recently decided to leave the fun stuff to the track. but come on. do these people have nothing better to do? read some of the comments. utter crap... yes your windows were cracking. I am sure...
  6. thanks for running up so quick didn't realy get a chance to meet you...
  7. Fastest GTS skyline Wooo Hooo! (was non turbo originally) Best off track exit LOL...
  8. thanks for the description Warpspeed. I will run it woth and without and see what the difference is. cheers
  9. hehe, yeah.. MS paint FTW... I want to be able to remove the solenoid and use the hole to supply oil to the front cam journal. the head is on an RB30 bottom end so the block does not have an oil gallery to supply the head if I remove the solenoid VCT will always be on from what I gather but i really need someone to confirm this. I want it always off.
  10. 2.3ms is the lowest I have ever used and up to 3.2ms. Have you had a look to see what the splitfires are rated at? I really am not an expret when it comes to coils but 1.8 sounds too low. have you had a chat to your tuner yet?
  11. If your dewll was set to low you can overheat the coil and eventually it will fry. if they are all burned I would say this is what has happened.
  12. he is just a very gifted driver. he always shows me up
  13. I was a bit suprised that a 1300cc toyota starlet with no mods, 60,000 k old tyres and standard worn suspension was as fast as some of the GTR's I think Turismo did a 1:47 in it. I am really glad I was not in the car fro that lap! a 1:47 in my gtst felt fast enough...
  14. If anyone can help me out with this little pickle... I am really trying to get my head around VCT and really need to know exactly how it works. I understand the mechanics of it just not what state it is in at what RPM. please take a good look at the diagrams below. this is my understanding on how it works. In the above picture you can see there is no oil going to the cam wheel. I pulled out the VCT solenoid and applied power to it and have observed that the holes furthest in are BLOCKED OFF when power is applied making it a normally open solenoid. In this picture you can see that oil IS going to the cam wheel. this happens when there is no power applied to the solenoid. What I need to know is, What will happen if i remove the solenoid alltogether. will the cam be advanced 20 degrees all the time? please only comment if you are sure. there is a problem with the original oil supply I have tapped and i would prefer to block it off, remove the VCT solenoid and supply oil into the hole it screws into if possible. It took me a while to draw this so please take a moment to think about it and help me out if you could! thanks
  15. I want to see the dance too hahahah!

  17. I have a bit of a question for those using R33 VCT heads. I think I already know the answer but confirmation would be great. If you were to remove VCT would you be able to remove the VCT solenoid and replace it with a fitting that supplies oil to the head? and if so what position would this leave the intake cam in if you retained the original VCT wheel? sorry if this has been asked before but i really need to know and don't recal seeing anyone doing this before. it would be a no fuss alternative to tapping into the galllery below.
  18. Awsome pics. mine was the dirtiest car there. black R32 gtst. and probably didn't warrant any photos but if anyone has any please post em up. especially of the hill incident
  19. woooohah. what a day. I had a good time and came up with some decent times. It was my first time at a timed event and the track was very tight and scary in places. I was the one that came off the track and it was a fairly scary experience. on my previous run I did a 1.46 and it was a very tidy run. Coming over the last crest downhill (just after the cone that was next to the oil) i started to oversteer i lifted off and got the car straight, but by then my front left was on gravel and it was all over wink.gif i was doing about 70k's. after that it was a 20 metre slide down dirt and a big scare. no one was hurt and there was no damage to the car. I really think the course was too dangerous for first timers with hipo cars. big thanks to the organizers. they did a good job and their efforts were greatly appreciated. it ws also really nice to meet such a good bunch of people.

  21. where is this eaglehwak you speak of
  22. no way in hell i am washing my car before this one...
  23. I have used a balancer with 4 ribs for power steering and only 3 ribs on the p/s pump. it does work fine but took a while to get it right (3 power steering belts) It does not come off even at extended 7000rpm use hope this helps
  24. I just found those and after a bit more looking I spoke to precision turbochargers. the guy was a champ. he told me he could adapt a garrett internal gate .86 housing to my turbo for about $700. that sounds pretty good. either that or sell my hiflow for $800 and put another $800ish towards a newie. bit it will not look stock. I know I am living in dream land but I want a responsive 400hp pop the bonnet stock looking R32 I think for now I am going to put the hiflow on as is and see how it goes.
  25. I can confirm this also. the standard tacho is inaccurate. there is indeed a 7500 rpm limit with a hard cut at 7800. the tacho is almost 10% out. so 7500 + 10% = 8250
