  1. Hahahahahahahaha - you smartar$e! For those not privy to what happened, Luke and I did a wedding in our GT-Rs yesterday and were waiting for the groom and groomsmen to get themselves organised with about 30 min before they were due at the wedding, when they discovered all their shirts needed ironing and they didn't have an iron, an ironing board, or anyone who knew how to iron...
  2. Full cages are a no-no, unless your car is on race/rally rego and you enjoy wearing a helmet everywhere lol
  3. Agreed, there's nothing wrong with wearing salmon-coloured shirts, is there Luke?
  4. Here's another good example... http://news.ninemsn.com.au/world/970912/ma...ercar-into-lake
  5. The same basic rules apply for all states though - the cage mustn't be within a certain distance of the occupants (I can't remember the exact distance any more) and must be padded. I'm yet to see a decent cage design that allows anyone to keep the rear seats, so work on the theory that your car will become a two seater.
  6. Unless the M3 has 300,000km on the clock, I'd buy it over a 32 every day of the week. Listen to Terry's wise words
  7. Says he who made a new thread just to get my attention GT-R LM, thanks for the referral, IOU a beer!
  8. Contribute something useful if you want to use the forum's features!!
  9. I think Allison Stokke is a better illustration of your point...
  10. Go the Lambo for sure. Cheap insurance - the one perk of getting older.
  11. All correct son, well done.
  12. To answer your question, yes all turbo JZX100s and JZX110s were single turbo VVTi.
  13. Given we all buy from the same places, the costs are all going to be the same regardless of who you use - the only difference would be in the cost of the broker's fees. High $40Ks is the right sort of money for one, landed and complied.

  15. The Stradale is a very different beast to the base model, though, so it really depends on what one you're looking at. Basically, if you're single, buy the F360, if you're married get the R35 haha
  16. Apologies for the ad, but: http://www.ironchefimports.com/site/index....view&id=281
  17. I think an R34 GT-X would make an excellent first car, to be honest. There aren't really any inherent faults in R34s and the motors go forever as a general rule. Just look out for rust underneath the car, and around the eye level brake light mounted in the bootlid. Strong resale is assured as long as our governments continue to force P-platers to drive non turbos.
  18. Lighten up son, we were only having a bit of fun... Having said that, it only took me 10sec to find it on a search engine, far quicker than asking on here

  22. If you want a decent V-Spec, you'll need to pay more than $45K for it.
