geez guys the answer has already been posted twice, you can just use an rb20 mount, it doesnt have a heat exchanger, the oil press either goes intot he side of the block like an rb20 or into your sandwich plate. or you can remove the whole thing unscrew the locator for the standard mount and put in an rb30 item which has a thread on it, the block gets in the way if you want to run a sandwich plate this way so you either screw the filter straight on or use a relocator kit. and then just run new coolant lines to bypass the heat exchanger

Cold Air Intake - Making Custom
s13_Skyline_inside replied to elysium's topic in Forced Induction Performance
yeh dont take that off for a cai, set up a cold air intake from behind the blinker, it will still get air into it. -

Big Balls Or Skinny Knob?
s13_Skyline_inside replied to Tony de Wonderful's topic in Drivetrain and transmission
yeh the nismo ones are nice, ive got the leather one not to skinny, i like thick ones, the skinny metal ones hurt the palm of your hand after a while depending how you grasp you knob -
yeh wrong lock bar id say, i put a bar in my old r32 gtst, took it for a wheel alignment and it was fine, messure the length of it, then call redline and ask them how long their lock bars are for the 32, if what they say is different messurements to yours ask them to exchange it for the right one

What Offset And Size Can I Fit?
s13_Skyline_inside replied to Fujiwara's topic in Suspension, braking and tyres
yeh i dont mind rolling the guards, would prefer not to flare though but if need be then its fine , its pretty low atm, coilovers, ill get them set up properly when the new engine is in but yeh its not low to scrape, its low to handle so if raising it to get the best performance out of it thn so be it. im just pretty concered about traction as fingers crossed i should make somthing in the region of 500hp - 600hp atw in a gtt i know the right foot has alot to do with it but a nice wide set of rears wouldnt go stray -
What Offset And Size Can I Fit?
s13_Skyline_inside replied to Fujiwara's topic in Suspension, braking and tyres
dont spose anyone knows the largest rear tyres for an r34 gtt with rubber that suits them, not stretched as I want to run semi slicks, going to go for 17" just wondering if anyone else has run some decent width wheels on the back of a gtt or gtst with semi's on -
true ^, id heard this about wheels as well, dont leave your address with any workshop or buisness for that matter unless its a legal thing then you have to

Engine Test Rig... Anyone Ever Built One?
s13_Skyline_inside replied to GTRNUR's topic in Forced Induction Performance
I dont think its the external stuff that concerns him, its the leaking between the head/plate/block you can get your head right in there whilst the engine is running in a car and he's using it for developmental purposes to see if the product works properly -
my rad cap is a greddy one and its 1.3bar, just inspect the hoses first to make sure they're still good
