I can't wait forever for him to get back to my PM.. Anybody else?

i might be in with another r32 / rb25 hybrid.. its all the rage Have to check things before I can commit totally. Need a new set of track suitable tyres first I think. I don't want to be come all that way and then be cursing myself for having shitty tyres.

yeah.. i finished it a couple of months ago.. Big big gameplay hole in the middle, and then the last 30 mins was pretty good. So it wasn't terrible, but quite overrated. I think a lot of the reviews of it, didn't really sit down and play the whole game. It was one of those games where it looked really impressive for the first hour or so, and then it was just more of the same for hours and hours after that. Prey is the shit.. play that. FEAR was ok I thought, but when I've started playing Prey, it destroys FEAR in every way for a scary action game.

You want to cheat on your wife? or hack her? you psycho! cheats and hacks are nice, but they take a fair bit of upkeep to maintain, and then people have to get motivated enough to submit them regularly. There was a cheats / hacks section in the old gamebiz forums, people got really excited by it, and then like a month later it was dead as a dodo. Then there is always http://www.gamefaqs.com/ which has all of that pretty well covered. Although recently I noticed they got bought out by gamespot (like everything), and now its just a glorified gamespot portal hmm

This is not really spam I hope, as I'm a regular member on here for the last 4 years, so I think I can promote my own little space now and then Anyhow, just a short note to let people know about my new multi-platform gaming site has been launched. http://www.slicedgaming.com By multiplatform we mean PC, PS2, Xbox, PSP, Xbox 360, Nintendo DS, Wii and anything else that comes along that has enough support to allow it to be covered. Basically Sliced Gaming is the continuation of the previous site that I was working on www.gamebiz.com.au. Gamebiz was getting some 80,000 unique page views and some 40,000 visitors in June, and was really starting to get pretty popular with some hard work over some 4 years on my end. Unfortunately however, due to problems and blatant corruption from the Editor (who is a moron - lol, long story), I just had to branch out and create a new gaming site. So I grabbed all the code, all the database structure and set it up on a new server last weekend. If you develop a website concept with somebody, just remember, never f**k with the website developer , they'll know stuff you never will Anyhow, drop by sometime. If you're into gaming you'll probably come across the site sometime in your travels. It's hard to get to the level of IGN and Gamespot, but after all they're mainly industry supported game sites with hundreds of thousands of dollars to throw around, and I would argue their opinions are not always completely unbiased. It's also good to be able to offer an Australian perspective to mostly US and UK based sites. The site was 100% coded by myself in PHP, and supports a custom mysql backend, and it's always great to be able to just do things your own way, and work towards something you have an interest in. We're also on the lookout for new staff to help write and help out with the site. It's not easy writing a good review, and it takes excellent grammar and spelling to be able to be a good reviewer. You can't expect free games, but yes, gamebiz was getting games from publishers to distribute to writers to review. In the end of Gamebiz's life, we were actually getting several deals together netting us a couple of thousand a month. We hope soon to be able to continue that with Sliced Gaming. So if you want to help out, let me know. I believe in rewarding all staff who put the hard yards in over a period time to also share in the benefits, and in some ways it's not a bad little side earner if you can get a few hundred extra a month ontop of you regular "day" job. It was nice at the end getting rewarded financially for doing it, but I just had to kill gamebiz off.

How Readily Do You Sell Spare Garbage From A Complete Engine
predator replied to Roy's topic in General Automotive Discussion
doop, doop doop.. I may know a little thing about this $180 - or separate at $40 each. People always want a separate coil pack. Ebay is good About $50-100.. they go on bung on rb20's, and people can never find them. You have to find the buyer when you at the time of selling however. $100 or so.. people like to pretty them. Nobody wants to separate a valley cover. Not sure.. nice paperweights. About $100-$150.. Took me about 3 months to completely offload my rb20det which was once complete piece by piece. So it takes time, and time is money, blah. -

make sure you get new copper washers.. sometimes the old ones won't reseal.

The toyotas have a weight disadvantage, and also have a two wheel disadvantage. Nissan realised while power was nice, traction was even better. I don't know whether this says much for the engines themselves. They are just in different packages. The 1jz was produced from 1989 in the JZA70 supra until about 2004.. with some revisions along the way. And the 2jz from 1993 to 2002. I'd say that meant Toyota had a fair bit of faith in their design. As much as Nissan even

hmm.. why buy the cheapest BMW just to have a BMW ? Anybody with money looks down on the cheapest bmw in the range, although mind you it's probably several tiers above a skyline Is there any particular reason you want to drive a BMW 318i other than the fact that it's a BMW?

Braided Brake Lines For 32 Gtr
predator replied to SRB's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
not legal to be used on australian roads, but up to you, and of course if you get caught or have a major accident where the brakes are inspected. -
<very tempted> ... excellent phone. only problem is I didn't get to keep the review copy http://www.gamebiz.com.au/reviews/hardware/review748.html

sounds quite similar to mine.. I have removed my timing belt and it's definitely not the belt loose as that would be a big worry. I sprayed some wd40 around the area and it quietened up totally (but came back a day later). It's either the water pump bearings or the timing belt bearing getting old and squeaky (it obviously wasn't replaced with my timing belt ). I dont't think its fatal, but I'm definitely going to be looking at replacing my idler bearing and tensioner sometime in the next 6 months. I'm guessing that its not really possible for the bearings to totally cease overnight, but it could be an expensive mistake if I'm wrong.

I'm half interested in swapping my V35 skyline rims for either R34 GT-T rims or anything that are 7.5" fronts and 7.5" rears or larger. Only looking for 17's. Will provide cash adjust depending on what you have. Fronts are 17x7.5" with about 33offset and rears are 17x8". New 235/45 tyres on the front. I'll be honest, and the reason I am swapping is because I want something more lightweight mainly for track use, and these aren't really the lightest things. Would be fine if your car is mostly street and it's not an issue. Here they are on my car .. They definitely look something different on an R32, and fill the guards nicely. Will fit an R32 obviously, and should fit an R33 or R34 without problems.

lies! I've been to skinnynerds.com - I was mr January 05 if i recall correctly! .. and I never submitted my own photo.. No sir eee. Ahhh.. and then mark moved in to prey in his footsteps.. only to be later on heartbroken and had to move back to melbourne, when I constantly refused his subtle tapping at my bedroom door.
-
ahhh yes.. how things move on .. from those coy tickles in the stock room from some strange deviant who kept on asking me to pickup stock on the floor, to the coming of age I feel now. I did always wonder why there seemed to be a flash going off at that very moment I was at full extension. god.. that almost is me.. actually scarily adam has more meat on him cooool.. anything other than tooheys is good for me. It'll have to be sunday, probably after midday, as earlier i believe i may be well predisposed with saying hello to the toilet bowl.

I'd be keen to head down to some of the NSW tracks as well later in the year, give them a try.

morning! I almost got a job with QLD Teachers union a couple of years ago.. as web developer for their website. Was apparently just pipped at the post by some other candidate Would have paid more than this crappy job.
-
Thanks guys yup.. I'm old! thanx for that great photo anna.. it's fantastic.. haha Not doing much tonight. Celebrations (and commiserations) are on the weekend..
-
lol.. you guys are funny. There is a couple of threads on how to do it, but nissan uses a standard thread. You can bash them out and put new ones in pretty easily.
-
yes.. I have done it. You need all the parts from a skyline with the digital climate control I was writing a guide, but only got halfway through it so far.. Basically you need.. digital climate unit.. harness behind which adapts from this to the old analogue wiring (this is how nissan made it). Interior temp sensor. Different inlet air temp sensor and plug with wiring, ontop of LHS box. Motor at bottom of central box to replace the lever mechanism, and it has a blue relay on it. Umm.. need to add in aircon temp sensor. Need to add sunlight sensor. Different heatsink thing which is in the LHS box. Really you need a halfcut or crashed r32 with all these parts or you'll be looking forever. Need to take out entire dash pad

What Does The "steering Solenoid" Do
predator replied to Full-Race Geoff's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
What I thought it did was adjust the pressure to the steering rack, to adjust the sensitivity of the steering at higher spee? More along the lines of what phatr32 says above.
