  1. for all those that dont have a life beyond the forums, this thread has saved you!
  2. Try 6.5k drive in drive out manual conversion. There is some R&D into manual conversions currently with hybrid parts, but there is no way they could even end up under 4k without labour. Just the interior on a budget is 1.5k.
  3. Your vent size is too big. Remove the metal restrictor from the hose, drop some solder into it and redrill it to 1 or 1.25mm. Put it back in the hose and away you go.
  4. Ok guys, couple of delays. I picked up the wing for my warehouse today, quick test fit on my car showered it was all good. Like 3intheback said, there is a centre hole, but they will be engineered out. I will take the wing+car to my mate on thursday next week and leave it there all day for him to make the modifications to the wing (just add putty on the outside to beef it all up etc). Then Ill leave the wing there for a few days for a mould to get made and then Ill see from there where we go. Keep y'all posted. Should be good
  5. id do that, but you are buying an old engine that will need a rebuild most likely.
  6. Yes, this is a group buy, but they are available for immedate postage. Ive sent you a PM
  7. Revzone in Nunawading, owner has an evo and they always have 8's in there. www.revzone.com.au
  8. highflow the stocko
  9. highflow on rb25 is just like a stock turbo basically in terms of response, but a lot more top end. i hate highflows on RB25's 100%
  10. i dont really have many commitments on weekends, hence whenever is good for everyone else.
  11. Got any photos of the black ones from afar....they are making me think.....
  12. I am talking with Chris (Burns) and he is hooking me up with the guys/nissan dealer who is helping him through it. Will keep yall posted.
  13. I am not after any parts thanks guys, just letting you all know about it is all. The insurance company will cover all the costs, ive never thought this about any other car, but i shit everyone not but I can see this ending up to cost 7-10k after labour, parts etc...
  14. hahah, mates dads ferarri going off at PI showed him the photos, he was happy at least someone took some photos of it
  15. wow, i actually really dont like that black colour! maybe ditch the mud flaps, get some sideskirts, a rear spoiler and a dayz front bar
  16. Id want a 2 peice carpet if possible. Even 3 peice. One of when the seats are up and another peice for either both or each seat when its down. We can use velcro on the underside to hold the carpets down.
  17. yeh, i am like, 1.7m tall.... typical japanese male height. You guys need hummer H2s!
  18. They all work for me, but they are all RB25's. If i could have my pick of that bunch again, in a manual car and without the worry of cops sticking something up my ass, I would buy the "hiper2" exhaust or "nismo2" or HKS super dragger. Probably hiper2
  19. I am just going to pickup 3's spoiler tonight, I will test fit it on and see how it goes. At this stage though, the air flow duct is looking less probable as it would be quite difficult to engineer in, where of the 5 or so people interested, you are the only one thats relly after that feature. I will make the closest possible thing I can to the red one, even the way it lines up with the lines on the side of the car (ill do it better than both on previous page ) Ill provide bolts, GOOD 3M double sided tape, instructions and everything with the spoilers of how to install them. This will be a full "spoiler add-on kit", its going to be done right. Just want to know currently who is 100% interested in purchasing. After I talk tomorrow with my guy with the spoiler in hand, Id like to get some deposits from people to help in producing the mould etc (will be out of my pocket). Naturally, the deposit will be used as credit towards the final unit price when the kit is available. I will confirm pricing etc all tomorrow/this weekend too.
  20. Yeh, it'll be fine to fit. The grill hasnt moved too much Pete, just call me when you want to meet up. Not between 8:30-9:30 tonight or 8:30-9:30 tomorrow night.
  21. its high enough to fit a decent sized amp under there yep
  22. To anyone that is interested, a standard front bar upper part (not the lip....which i also need) costs $1400 ....dont crash your own cars
