  19. reduce the reciprocating mass so, as you said lightened flywheel, carbon tailshaft also, im not sure if you can get lightweight pulleys for the rb25, but if you can, get some are you rebuilding the engine internals?
  20. yes, but the k series engines work on a constant fuel pressure skylines use intake manifold pressure to increase fuel pressure as boost increases
  21. this makes no sense fuel pump -> fuel rail -> fuel reg the fuel reg has to be after the fuel rail
