  3. Acid wheel cleaner, nasty shite when not used properly. Too many carwash places use that crap to speed up the cleaning process

  11. spent about 4 hours on mine today, arm about to fall off has anyone dealt with deep pitting in the aluminium? i can sand it all out but some it is fairly deep and dont want to take too much material off
  12. i pulled all the bolts out of my GT2's and pulled the centres out for paint. Now need to polish the lips and re-paint the inside of the barrels, prick of a job tho
  13. I have them on the front of the 35, probably done 20k km so far, no issues. Run them with ceramic Girling pads, so can hear them rubbing against the pads lightly at low speed with windows down, otherwise pretty happy

Nissan would use 7.5w30 But, for our climate 10w40 is perfectly fine, my 250gt loves it My mother in laws maxima was running some unknown grade from a service done by a local hack, started whining from around the cam gears shortly after... 10w-40 full synth fixed it, its been silent ever since

  17. Pretty much standard prices for workshop parts. Tidy little profit maker for the owner of the shop. Most 90s imports owners are tight and know what parts are worth due to never ending hunt for bits that repco and supercheap will never stock.

  19. Yep. GTT's can actually be cheaper than n/a models thanks to the p-plater tax
