  4. hahaha ! if I did it'd be on when I bought my headgear last mid-year dollar was roughly equal, greddy plenums were $600 same price for my tomei poncams greddy adapter is on hold pending sale might NOT sell the injector setup..... want to experiment
  5. Interesting.... recently had head work done, and ended up with a cracked head. while in diagnosis mode there was too much oil going into the Slide bush bearing highflow, due to tomei restrictors in the head whilst that was fixed and the correct flow was managed (get a good tuner buddy! BoostWerx for the win) oil was still being burnt new head was reflowed and ported etc with my stuff moved into it retuned on dyno, with turbo copping a beating for 3yrs, for 226rwkw bush bearing turbos arnt that bad. for $600 + a dead turbo its a great deal! MUST ensure correct oil flow, but even with too little / too much you've got a window of opportunity to fix the issue before all hell breaks loose good luck with the new oil lines
  6. if you install the cooler on a backward angle, such as /, you should be fine

  11. family friend, a sparky, was working at a disused petrol station in NZ somewhere. well, long story short, the floor caved in and he was stuck floating in the septic system, for 4 hours till someone found him couldnt get out, had to swim in shit to stay afloat. hospital had to disinfect him inside-out; that means scrubbing every bodily opening!!! not a nice story to hear tbh hmmm $950 x4. man we so need it! spent everything on the headjob when I obviously shouldnt have. had no cash since start december
  12. stol came over last night to help put the car up, cheers Andy muchly appreciated after spraying him with rp7, and getting a screwdriver stuck in the cat for 20mins, finally got a .8mm round hole thru the cat just want to release enough backpressure to stop boost drop seems to have worked mostly, probably need to do again but slightly larger say little finger width thru the centre

  22. the Toshi option Plus additional piggybacks does work (want to go for a drive sometime ?) however, how about chatting to Jeff at Speedworks, he does remaps..... Ive had the little ecu chip cut out, an adapter fitted to make small to large, then large ecu chip tuned flashed and sent to me, fitted it up bingo, retuned with safc/sitc/fpr.
  23. oh ma thats horrible such shame - hope everyone is ok. stagea looks damaged..... man feel for you. never had an accident myself but its one of those things.
  24. pendulum mmmmm oh yeah youtube name "bwilkeson" for pendulum tracks Ive got to some BF2 paddle action such as: http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=8p_eq9Ifu-c saw carl cox at the big day out and that made me heaps proud to be there. near the front all 2010mm of me, raving with no knees
  25. I wasnt and arnt after 280kw (250kw eventually will be nice) but i still went along in my project (3.5yrs of ownership/modding) for some recent head work bought tomei cams & springs last june ($ to $ was good back then) and metal head gasget (Cometic brand). also ARP head bolts, and ported head work etc ready for a GT3076 or a turbo such as yours all in good time, but got a highflow Slide turbo atm. without catconverter was dyno'd at 226kw with mail-order ecu chip tune & safc/sitc. IF you are going to pull the head down as part of your project then yeah budget it in, metal headgasket and some touchup of the ports etc. depends on your mindset I guess........
