  1. interesting to see in the pic that the exhaust wheel isnt as large as a "stage 2 highflow" job
  2. damn wish I had the money damn x 1billionty
  3. wd mate pics please ?
  4. I use a far larger turbo than stock oh thats right, we forget that you're GOD when it comes to skylines
  5. for $50 you cant go wrong (lets face it, if it lasts for 6months - and it should - then you are on a winner) gtst - was stirring (sort of), I just love to read your posts how about a Donkey Alarm ?
  6. daboss - one thing......... is your skyline a Manual or an Automatic? with FPR's - I believe that the rising rate regulators are FAR harder to tune than the Nismo adj.fpr. My stagea has been successfully tuned numerous times with the $140 Nismo fpr and Im happy with the result with piggybacks + auto.
  7. quoted for truth
  8. well if you said all of that to begin with I wouldnt keep asking the same question then, would I? I asked why all the advice not to use one, you asked me what I thought it did before youd answer the query, I replied, and asked again why not to use, then you reposted the same question of a question (even tho Id answered that question a post previously)................geez so fricken hard sometimes, isnt it? a circle within a circle within a circle. ffs anyway, over 200rwkw is easily possible with auto/safc/sitc/fpr/040pump/fmic/full'zaust/etc.etc.
  9. arse-clowns thats for sure hey GTST - what is wrong with being 'too' trusting?? Is there such a thing? I pride myself on my honesty, and Im sure many other do as well.
  10. Tein's are notoriously hard. Perhaps ask Sydneykid for a price on Bilstein shocks with lowering cirlcips with whiteline springs? Then put your teins up on ebay for sale. Id say your car had a sports steering wheel in Japan, the wires for the tiptronic probably arnt connected. With the dash, there is a thread a cple pages back describing how to pull out the speedo surround and replace the globes. Good luck with it.
  11. fuses sit behind the coin box tray above right drivers knee. other fuses sit in the big black box next to the battery in the engine bay. got a pic of the switch in question?
  12. wasteland !!! same goes for the doodle thread
  13. mmmmmmmmmm ice cream meh, I smile and give 'em a thumbs up. if you get pulled over, tell em how much you admire their work. swell their head up, make their little piggy brain happy enough to release a few endorphines and eveyone will be smiling other than that, keep ya car looking reasonably stock, dont do stupid shite on the metro roads, and you should be fine. if you think you have been wrongly targeted, take down all their details, and try to write down (afterwards) the exact line of questioning/comments
  14. Just say you dont know mafia, and be done with it. all this "advice" not to use a fpr.... WHY?
  15. cant answet that - simply went with advice I received from a) respected members of this SAU community such as Sydneykid when I first joined 2yrs ago, and b) tuner advice I thought bumping up fuel presure by a psi or two is like, to a certain point of view, say making the injectors flow that little bit more than normal at the same duty cycle. ie 80% duty cycle a set of six injectors may flow XXX. bump up fuel pressure and the duty cycle comes down to say 78% at XXX rate of flow. tune the engine and get back to 80% duty cycle, and youd be using more fuel (plus more air) thus getting more power from the exact same 80% duty cycle from the injectors. Im not a mechanic, but I thought that an adjudtable FPR such as the Nismo item is a good solid modification to perform, rather than going to larger injectors (when not looking to increase power at the engine thricefold, ie from 120rwkw to 300rwkw with injectors and full ecu/mods, in lieu of 120rwkw to 220rwkw with stock injectors and dodgy ecu/mods) in other words I have no idea ! :laughing-smiley-014: gary said it would be a good addition to my fueling system, so I got one.
  16. pls explain what is so wrong with using a FPR to bump up rail pressure by a psi or two ?
  17. looks tops which powdercoaters ???? who are they - 'cause thats a great price
  18. yeah SAFC's f* with the timing look on ebay worldwide for an Apexi SITC, a Super Ignition Timing Controller a piggyback that works very well when used with a SAFC my mods are similar to yours, and I use these piggybacks successfully with a highflow turbo
  19. stags are awesome daily's bit heavy on juice, but easy 200awkw (auto/piggybacks) or 250awkw (manual/powerFC plus injectors) with the usual bolt on mods which is plenty for the street...... with the torque my engine puts out, definately more than enough for the street. good luck with the next one you buy mate, r34gtr would be nice, comes down to $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
  20. L O L hahah Cara my Stagea, I think, had a play with your miss34 back at Mt barker on the last cruise I was on. Glad she didnt get preggy!!! Nice gtr mate, welcome, will love to see it in the flesh if ya see a S1 stag with GTT wheels drop a wave, thumbs up to you
  21. all the best to you mate the world isnt full of arseholes, but now and then you cant help but deal with one going to grab an import again one day? Stagea's are cheap stag 4tw
  22. I was more disappointed at the refusal for a ride to the airport. thats downright LOW negotiating on price is fairly standard............ 35g isnt a bad sale price (after costs)
  23. even then it isnt needed mine is turned off, and Ive been running an oil-cooled highflow for over a year now 1st mod I did to the car was disable the TT
  24. what a f**k head bloke in VIC - if you read this - you sir are a c**t
