  1. Ive got one here, came out of a Stagea. $50 pickup
  2. Sorry its an auto tiptronic R34 wheel. Got it for a spare as the current wheel is on a quick release mechanism. Had an enquiry yesterday regarding selling the car. Going to put a 3day permit on it tomorrow and get a few hundred more kms onto the fresh rebuild so that it is ready for the P-Fc tune. The engine build would be good for 350kw with some 2860-5's, however with the current steel-wheel stock turbos It probably wouldnt crack 300rwkw Turbos would be the only let-down in terms of outright power, but then again the car has been built for Malalla so response was more important over topend power. Also, the cams are from R34 GTR therefore the CAS is an R34 item, not R32 as mentioned above. Battery is boot-mounted, engine has a 1L catchcan, and pretty much everything is brand new.
  3. R32 GTST front fibreglass guards. SOLD
  4. Sad sale of my Toy that I havent been able to use as yet. 300kms since engine rebuild; will run a cple hundred more and have the Ecu tuned. Spent in excess of $25,000 using mostly new parts throughout. Regretful sale due to Divorce asset split arangement. No tyre kickers, No test drives without deposit, No low ballers Most items below are New Forgotten plenty of other parts - all work carried out by Boostworx Sold as Track/Race car without registration Previous registered in VIC, #SQD-128 $15,000 is the sale price May 1993 Nissan Skyline GTs-T Rwd 4door grey sedan with Blitz fibreglass bonnet & GTR rear wing RB30 VL-turbo 5speed manual rebuilt gearbox with single button clutch GTR RB26DETT 300-km old fresh rebuilt engine with freshly rebuilt steel wheel turbos Intake & Exhaust 600x400x100mm FMIC kit, stock BOV setup Greddy-copy hardpipe intake kit, twin pod filters Z32 AirFlow meters Twin HKS split dump pipes OBX tuned-length manifolds OBX flex front pipe into 3" resonator decat pipe 5Zigen 3" turbo back exhaust Fuel System GTR intank fuel pump 550cc Siemen Denso Injectors, new O-rings, seals Fuel pressure regulator, adjustable Walbro 305LPH external fuel pump 4 litre fuel surge tank, 5m braided lines, speedflow fittings Rebuilt Engine ASI 52mm dual core alloy radiator, Blitz cap Yellow Jacket coil packs Greddy oil filter Ryco fuel filter Champion Gold sparkplugs JC-Project radiator silicone pipes ATI 600hp Harmonic balancer damper & pulley kit N1 water pump HKS oil pump Tomei oil baffle sump plate kit Tomei oil gallery orifice Turbotech manual boost controller 1L Oil catch can Oil filter relocation kit with speeflow fittings Oil cooler finned 30-row unit, speedflow fittings ARP Head stud kit Cometic Street Pro 87mm MLS head gasket Nissan full gasket set HKS step-2 valve springs Greddy N1 Street Special camshafts, R32 CAS Greddy timing belt Precision adjustable intake & exhaust cam gears Drive key, tensioner & idler bearing kit 87mm CP Piston kit Power–FC & Hand Controller Suspension, Brakes & Wheels Greddy engine strut tower brace & custom boot strut brace High-Temp racing brake fluid Braided front & rear brake lines Wilwood 4-piston Superlight front brake calipers Brembo 324mm drilled discs, bracket adapter kit Stagea rear brake calipers & discs Coilover adjustable suspension Nismo front tension rod link set 17 x 8 inch mags 235/45/17 Kuhmo KU36 semi-slick tyres Interior Autometre boost gauge Saas gear knob Saas steering wheel & boss kit, spare R34 steering wheel Bride low drivers seat rail Bride drivers bucket race seat Bride low passengers seat rail R32 passenger seat 4-point harnesses 4-point Roll cage, bolt in M's turbo timer Power metre gauge EBCR exhaust gas temperature gauge AEM wideband sensor gauge kit

  6. keep playing with the tyre pressure some more. probably want the fronts a little lower if it seems to be understeering. drop front damper (suspension) to lowest point and work up a click at a time from there
  7. Used to see the twin plate Nismo clutch setup on ebay.aus for $1899, but recently see them listed at $2600. Might need to do some ringing around, or go thru jesse.Streeter ?
  8. For Sale : C34 Stagea cargo barrier net. Not used in over 5years. In great condition. 9. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/376446-sa-s1-c34-cargo-net-frontrear-swaybars/page__gopid__6040082#entry6040082 I need to sell my C34 cargo barrier net. Never used it in 75-odd months Ive owned the Stagea. Nothing new with my stagea - have no idea when the bottom end will be ready & engine reinstalled. Been studying some text books ready for Med.Science next year at Uni; mind is currently full of bodypart names (anatomy) Hitting up the Beta for Battlefield 3 for study breaks..... awesome game.
  10. The turbotech boost-T are the best of the manual controllers. $30 off eBay, superior to your current turbosmart unit. Check the lines from the turbo for a small split.
  11. could even be a split line somewhere.... I know its a headache but it isn't dropping pressure for the hell of it (in my opinion).
  12. definitely try a stronger actuator first. Looks like its opening up the 'flap in the exhaust housing resulting in massive loss of boost. 300Hp @14psi seems ok, get it to hold the flap closed for a longer period of time and you'll see a happier result. The power of hypergear turbos is excellent around the 19-21psi mark. There is an issue to be sorted out & personally I wouldn't be blaming the turbo itself at this stage. Good luck with finding where the pressure leakage is. One last query - is your engine compression healthy?
  13. WOOT! A compliment from 'the man' Get better heavy duty actuator, release power potential, rip skids
  14. lilcrash - hypergear turbos are meant for peak power at over 19psi. I suggest fitting a heavy duty actuator that is rated to 'round 17psi (garret, gcg, or talk to stao and haggle for his HD turbo actuator. Slight retune after fitting & the 20psi boost spike will only taper off a couple psi. You'll gain another 50rwhp I believe. I went from a 1bar HKS on the gt3076 to a 18psi garret actuator and came away with a decent 20kw increase. You want an actuator rated as close as possible to the boost you wish to run. Heavy duty actuator rated around 17-19psi will unlock the turbos TRUE power potential.
  15. Please move me to the Reserve List - looking like I simply won't have the money to afford the day. Engine needs to be tuned, fuel costs + track fees.... I can't see it happening this time around, as much as I'd like to be involved.
  16. z32 afm, Bosch 040 fuel pump, stock injectors, apexi safc2 + sitc combo, sliding performance highflow turbo, auto awd rb25 - had over 220kw. Changed to gt3076r, 450cc injectors & Aem fic/8 (like emanage ultimate) - 250kw. Forged bottom end being worked on currently & looking for a few more kws. If you get a safc I encourage you to add an apexi sitc to aid in controlling the tune...
  17. Thanks, I know the stag community is tightnit, I live in Morphett Vale just round the corner from Chad (Dstroy). However weekends is my time with my kids since the seperation mid-last year. If I had the stag Id be there in the group however to keep the rebuild cost to a minimum I instructed the workshop to do the work no rush between jobs Sucks with no wheels - so isolated seeing Im a pensioner Have a great cruise guys & girls
  18. Last sau:sa track day (april 11) I blew the ringlands on the stagea after 20mins. Previous sau:sa trackday (November last year) Id boiled the fluids bigtime; pretty sure that started the ringland weakness, which led to destruction Trackday prior to that Id run out of brake pads by lunchtime. Needless to say I wont be tracking the stagea again. Still awaiting the rebuild to be finalised; been car-less since midyear
  19. Thats a good time. 1st owner of my stag (CoolPC) ran a best time of 16secs, with catback exhaust k&n pod filter & 10psi Would love a strip in Sth.Aust to see where it'd be nowadays. Once the engine is refitted, of course. $4k is the rebuild price, including engine out/in, tune after run-in, CP piston kit, complete block work (bore/hone, acid bathed, etc), head refresh & new MLS gaskets.
  20. Use the matrix system (5x full reps, 5x half down, 5x half up, 5x full) for 3x sets for your workouts and, trust me, you'll need as much recovery as possible! Throw in 1/5 total rep movement, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5 then a full rep. What you are doing is working ALL areas of the muscle groups you are exercising. No recovery = no growth. You'll need to eat a lot to replace used energy. Id suggest creatine loading phases as well. http://www.dr-ronlaura.com/matrix_%20in_detail.html Here is a part of the system shared on T-nation. http://tnation.t-nation.com/free_online_forum/blog_sports_body_training_performance_bodybuilding_log/matrix_training_experiment Absolutely guarantee the OP would reach his target weight gain quickly. Thing is ITS VERY HARD WORK !! You may be used to benching say 80kgs for your sets. half that with the matrix & you'll absolutely destroy yourself! You'll feel more pumped than ever before, will gain size and strength. Its a challenge, are you up for it?
  21. Twin turbo M35 would be pretty sweet. One in stock position, the other in place of rear muffler. STS turbo system I believe its called. Sure the pipework would be long (from exhaust muffler back to intercooler) but the lag wouldnt be too bad. Costs $2000USD for the universal setup - http://ststurbo.com/inc/iview/1900?idx=2&p=412
  22. You want size? You want strength? Im a firm believer of the matrix system. The 'Matrix Principle' & 'Matrix for muscle gain' by ron laura & ken dutton are the texts to read. I gained my mass from using this system. At my peak I had a body similar in size to Matt Primus (AFL ruckman, now coach). Went from being called Stix to, just quietly, 'fark me, look at the size of him'. With the hours & hours of weekly cardio I went through I firmly believe my muscle gains were achieved by training to the matrix principle. To the OP - Do 12 weeks of the system, a few weeks of "mix-em up" lifting, another 12 weeks of matrix training, and I reckon you'll feel in need of a week long rest..... overtraining results in injury. Every second day is plenty. Take supplements such as Creatine & you'll gain that size and shape you're currently after.
  23. I went from 2m tall 75-ish kgs at age 17 to 110kg age 19. 3x gym sessions a week, 5x football training sessions, 3x games on weekends. Cardio was huge, was forever hungry, and weight lifting was focused on form. Every 12 weeks Id mix up the lifting process as such - my favourite for gaining muscle mass was the "matrix' system example - bench press. 5x full bench press 5x half down 5x half up 5x full movement decrease weight slightly (10% lower) & do it again decrease weight slightly & do a 3rd set, 4th set if you can manage but I doubt that! By the second and third set your muscles are screaming, 20% less weight feels like its insanely heavier. A great way to gain strength and size (muscle mass). Id do this system for 3 months, have a week off, a few weeks of general lifting, then back to it for another 12 weeks. Two years of this I had gained well over 30kg in mass and was very fit cardio-wise. At my biggest 3yrs in I was 115kg of solid mass. Unfortunately I pushed my knees far too hard with all the footy training, daily would dislocate them countless times, and its pretty much ruined my life to this point in time (12 knee surgeries now, dble patellectomy, and at 6'8 with no kneecaps Ive found it just doesnt work). Moderation is the key, using good solid form when lifting. The body must rest and recuperate or you'll find you are placing too much stress on your body to make the gains you are working towards. Try the 'matrix' system (1 full set, 1 half up, 1 half down, 1 full set). You should rest for no longer than 10seconds between the change of movements. Dont increase the weight between sets as you wont be able to lift with solid form. Use this system for triceps, biceps, chest, shoulders, calf, thighs, hamstrings & you'll gain weight. Throw in some ab work and heavy squats/deadlifts and you'll gain weight easily. For your upper body to gain size you'll need to push hard on your upper legs. Best of luck.
  24. Profec B spec 2 on the stagea, gets up to max setting pretty well with little to no overboost Currently on the track beast (yet to run) I'll just be setting the turbotech manual bleed valve to 1 bar as the twin turbo's are nothing special (just steel wheel rebuilds) http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Turbotech-manual-turbo-boost-controller-ORIGINAL-/220630394267?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item335e98a59b Huge thread on these units in the Forced Induction thread.
