  1. guarantee it'll be auto only
  2. and hooray to all the lemmings with your coles/woolworths reciepts that line up on the road outside the petrol station forecourts on discount petrol days and cause afternoon peak hour traffic to be even slower. take a bow, you dimwits.
  3. ^ I've noticed this. BP is always more expensive than any other petrol retailer. They keep trying to pimp their '5% off purchases' with the BP Mastercard, but what's the point if ur paying more in the first place?
  4. just to stop stuff falling down there when the engine isn't running (i.e- rain)
  5. ^ I've had that. On the way down to Wakie on Summernats weekend a few years back. Second in a group of 4 'Lines, and I get singled out for a going over- Why? Chrome Impul copies
  6. looks like techIMO doesn't like hotlinking....
  7. the perils of fibreglass front bars looks like a love-tap, though
  8. wait 'til a Viet person complains to VicRoads about your plates and they cancel 'em
  9. repos... ah, nevermind- it's still humourous.
  10. 'slef' :laughing-smiley-014:
  11. just get in the habit of hitting the 'recirc' button every time you start the car why oh why couldn't 'recirc' have been the default setting, Nissan?

if you could rev it to 19,000rpm- it'd sound the same, only louder. most engines do by that point. just think of 250 4-cyl sportsbikes
  13. I think I'll replace the GT-R badges with Volvo ones when I get my R35 ...
  14. actually, check that first. lol
  15. just have someone operate the throttle pedal (with the motor off) while you watch it the linkage work to see if anything's restricting it. failing that, double check the pedal box area and the full length of the cable
  16. kinked throttle cable? anything stopping the throttle linkage from rotating?
  17. so half of forever if you aren't quite 'fulleh' sik?. lol
  18. Kool Kleaning Krew hey, it worked for the Krusty Komedy Klassics
  19. exactly regardless of where the 'proper' start/finish point is, the time Nissan quotes is using beginning and end points consistent with all recent times recorded for other supercars
  20. Well you might LOL, i certainly did the first time i read it But both Wheels and MOTOR have both mentioned the same thing now (that dude in W.A whose car they used in the recent group comparo in MOTOR supposedly confirmed it was true). So as far as effective internet propaganda goes, this one even seems to have fooled legitimate motoring publications I knew it couldn't be true- coz Californian legislation states that engines in passenger vehicles need to be able to travel 125,000mi (200,000km) without the engine being opened, and still meet C.A.R.B emissions regs.
  21. very interesting reading but it begs the question- if the combined bore/ring wear rates are going to be lower than that of an engine with conventional liners, why the hell would a VR38 need a tear-down service at 100kkms? is this just some internet rumour that refuses to go away??
  22. why is everyone using a photo of the prototype version?
  23. nice clean looking 32 but those wheels have got to go
  24. they'll prolly fit it with an SR engine

I'll definitely track day mine, though not use it as an out-and-out race car.
