  5. hi, not interested in power results. can you please let us know how it drives in terms of gearchange, cold start, warm start, fuel economy, how it drives with demister on, aircon on full ball and so on
  6. power reset wont erase PFC tune, PFC tune data is stored in NVRAM only way to erase is to tell the PFC to erase
  7. haha hey chris not much just working hard (new job) and keeping busy hows the car going, your doing track days yeah? my car is goign well, nothing has blown up its about to clock 200,000kms so will see when the std turbo has kittens im surprised its still going
  8. hello nsw'ers whats going on how is the land of crazy traffic and madi gras
  9. known in the wild is Cubes he did it on his R32 rb30det running BNR32 PFC he is using a single Z32 from memory - The Mafia also did it when he got BCNR33 PFC working on RB25 with single Z32
  10. yeah so you get the AFM Signal wire and run it to both inputs on the PFC for AFM1 and AFM2 under SENSOR SW CHECK you should see the same voltage for AFM1 and AFM2 the PFC uses an average of the two values for its load axis calculation the SAFC will let you achieve the same goal that is two AFMs on a single AFM ecu or a single AFM on a twin AFM ECU if you are worried get someone who is an auto elec style person to do it or maybe use diodes on the AFM signal if that will work ? someone could confirm this perhaps?
  11. i assume a 200k service is the same as 100k? mine is due for 200k
  12. id just buy a working known PFC instead of dealing with someone else's problem
  13. have spoken to already - any others or other known companies
  14. anyone have any good contacts for a marquee loan/purchase we need an outdoor 10x21meter marquee with walls ive tried the selected SAU sponsor but looking for more pricing options got any contacts?
  15. any skyline competent workshop can give you a good price and do a good job re customs dr drift creatd chasers racepace and so on... ring around and find out $ and whats in volved
  16. depends on who you ask and what workshop expect around $1100 for the whole thing timing belt & tensioner bolts and bits 100,000 service water pump all fluids etc so its a big job the timing belt supplied and fitted is approx $450 ish ballpark (lots of labour)
  17. 1000rpm is unlikely but this isnt an apexi RX6 were talking about, its a cropped vg30 rear nothing like an RX6 housing it would be silly using an rx6 on stock manifold, it would be like trying a t67 or t88
  18. any ECU you choose has the same issue as the PFC, none of them handle the auto gearbox logic your paths moving forward are 1) remap the stock ecu 2) greddy emanage piggyback 3) change the ecu (in this case any ECU will be the same as none support the auto) so if you go for #3 the PFC is by far the best ECU you can use as long as you dont mind gear change possibly becoming flary/harsh on the autobox going to a microtech is a step backwards - i think they are great for rotaries and 4cylinders, but for skyline PFC is spot on
  19. without posting the dyno sheet dont bother - you are guessing if the injectors are maxing at 85% at full load then thats ok
  20. who parked next to me at highpoint today? burgundy R33 with sau stickers
  21. thats ash - i used to work with him at dodo around the corner from there is another yellow R32 but GTR and no sau stickers
  22. hi when you say issues - what issues? what errors / warning lights? it doesnt matter what series the 33 PFC came from 1 or 2 its the same unit i suspect the 4wd light is always on when you run with the PFC if thats the case, find the TPS wire on your loom i had this issue with my R33 GTST with active LSD what happened was the stock ECU relays the TPS signal from the original source onto another wire which runs to the active LSD computer in the boot the GTR 4wd system is the same so stock ECU would relay the original TPS signal onto another wire that runs to the boot, but the PFC doesnt do this as apexi didnt cater for wierd spec R33s like yours and mine (that is GTS4 and GTST Active lSD versions) both need the TPS signal relayed to the boot computer so find the TPS signal on your loom and then check where it goes it needs to run to your 4wD computer in the boot (there will be a TPS wire there)
