    read the garrett page it will explain why then you can see if the compressor actually can support that pressure ratio & level (it probably cant, which is why its surging)

    lag city, they will be too large and probably old school 70s style dinosaur spec. there are much better and more suited twin turbos out there for the 2.6 displacement. why have guess work when you can browse proven results that bolt up to factory items and drive away

    you wold be much better to hiflow it, but you can rebuild to standard specs for cheaper

    yeah its 15 years old dude they get tired and old probably 100+ on the clock ? i think a recondition and rebuild is maybe $500 for stocker parts - nissan service interval i think is 100,000 for the stock run of the mill ball bearing turbo chargers so yours is probably past that mines on 165,000 (r33 though) and still going, just luck of the draw and usage patterns i guess

    clean the oil away and check it in a few days if its comes back its probably the turbo oil seal leaking which means rebuild turbo
