  4. yeah 1.3 at idle does sound high im not sure the stock afm is that high at idle yeah can u confirm vg30 is selected in AFM also what are the % corrections on the airflow table what does a map tracer look like for a dyno run ?

  6. you are definetly hitting rich and retard dont bother changing plugs or anything else turn the boost down see if the problem goes away if so, which im pretty sure it will, time for a piggyback, remap or stand alone ecu

  9. have seen it setup on a 200sx it used a hobbs pressure switch for manifold pressure so i think it came on past 8psi it was a car dr drift had done it had a dash warning light for low water/meth not sure where it injected it to, logical would say just before throttle body. you shouldn't need to run this to take away knocking, unless you only have access to local penis fuel where you live (like the mafia). if you are getting yellow flashing engine light in normal conditions you need your tune fix, using meth/alky is only hiding the problem. with this u can in theory dial in more ign timing and boost but once the water/meth is out or disabled you need to basically undo those temp changes otherwide it could detonate itself to death

  11. is the stock guage connected? (check that) check for intercooler pipe leaks (use soapy water) check for boost signal leaks or tubes undone (ie open to atmo) is the actuator had no signal youd be in unlimited boost mode

  14. it has different calibration to the rb20 and rb25 afms so at 4.1v its flowing more air than an rb25 unit at 4.1volts i think its around 1.5v offset ie an rb25 at 4.0v its about 3.0v on a z32

  18. it does the same thing the safc does bends the afm signal expect the safc has a programmable ramp based on revs so you can adjust it at different levels but in principal, the same thing bend the afm signal to shift the load up and down mich like the airflow ramp table on the powerfc use it to show more or less load on the final load axis

  21. yeah skip the controller completely and it should just run of the actuator if it still spikes to 13 then the actuator is mashed or the rod is mashed or the gate is fouled like mad said
  22. what rpm do you hit %100 inj duty? i suspect this is why that makes no sense how on earth are u hitting 100 inj what does your INJECTOR table look like? please post, also post AIRFLOW table
