well with the impending sale of my R32 (yes, watch out for those interested in a worked R32 gtst auto!) i have for sale a few items that are taking up space in my garage. all items have pictures which are at the bottom: V35 350GT wheels - stud pattern is 5*114.3 (same an R32/R33/R34) - fronts: 17*7.5 +30 with 225/50/17 - rears: 17*8 +33 with 235/50/17 - came off my V35 350GT when i bought it - nissan centre caps - NO gutter rash, scratches, or anything. they are in absolutely immaculate ondition - see for yourself - 90% tread nankang tyres, completely roadworthy price: SOLD AFM from an rb20det - this is a working AFM from an rb20 - will work on any rb20 or series 1 rb25 price: SOLD AAC valve from an rb20det - this is a working AAC valve from an rb20det price: $20 Universal automatic shifter - this was used on my R32 GTSt automatic for about 1-2 years - GREDDY racing performance - looks great, makes the interior look a million bucks! price: SOLD Universal hand brake handle cover - silver - unused - looks bling price: $15 standard R32 side idicators + globes - 2 * standard SIDE indicators off my R32 gtst - orange with globes price: SOLD Justjap catch can - has a few scratches and the rubber tubing (oil level indicator) has copped a bit of engine bay heat making it discoloured a bit - silver - filled with stockings and steel wool - has removable top and bottom and plug to drain it if you need to - looks great in any engine bay (i only had it as a bit of bling) - comes with about 1m of hosing price: $30 Beltronics laser detector - Beltronice vector 945 radar detector - these are >$500 new - comes with car adaptor - 2 wires to be spliced in +12 and ground - for more info: http://alatest.co.uk/apps/reviews/533535/-...Laser+Detector/ - note: these are legal to buy / sell in any australian state, and in some australian states are legal to use (please check your respective state yourself) price: $90 + postage all items are located in New Farm, Brisbane. Spacer - Anyone Using One?
WazR32GTSt replied to NISMO's topic in V Series (V35, V36, V37 & Infiniti)
i agree with this statement, but... i would argue that this leaning out of the mixtures accounts for all of its power gain... and "it breathes better up top" doesn't mean much without a dyno graph. if i saw a torque increase up top on the dyno then i would gladly believe it, but i'm not at all convinced on this plenum spacer personally i would rather get a unichip and do the same thing but properly 5rwkw between runs isn't very much, and can almost be accounted for within dyno inaccuracies. i know with my R32 when it was on the dyno each run would vary by 3rwkw my experience with NAs is that the only real bang-for-buck gains are going to be in the exhaust and tune and that's about it. but this is only my experience i will gladly be shown otherwise in other people's experience. sorry to be contentious with this issue, and to the thread starter, i'm glad you're happy with it i think this is a good topic of discussion... -
yeah can't really go wrong with something that sexy.. i hate the wait for parts to arrive! its hell!

Spacer - Anyone Using One?
WazR32GTSt replied to NISMO's topic in V Series (V35, V36, V37 & Infiniti)
dyno before and after by any chance? i'm a bit sceptical on the plenum spacer.. honestly i think its a gimmick that just leans out the mixtures across the rev range -
i am the only tool that voted for the progressive's then it seems..! i just think that the spokes of the challenge are too thin for the size of the V35 guards (i have f-zero challenge (very similar to the SF challenge) rims on my R32 and i put one on my V35 to see how they looked - didn't think they matched like they do on the R32..)
-
well actually they took on a job for my corvette and rolled the guards on my R32 so that comment is completely crap they don't take on dodgy work they only do very professional work and pride themselves on it.. now it makes sense why you would bag a top workshop.. because you're doing backyard work yourself..
-
check your battery terminals - they should be very tight. simple thing and can easily catch you ot

faulty oil pressure sender.. its ok its no the acutal oil pressure thats low its just the electrical crap do a search and you will find 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 threads on it

well if you want good work and are prepared to pay for it, go to exclusive auto centre in newstead they are just across the river (on the good side!) to explain how good their work is, all i need to say is they are the official repairer for audi, maserati, and lamborghini dealerships in brisbane.. 'nuff said they did work on our corvette and did a tip top job

what's so different with the 06 headlights?

a sunroof isn't like a targa top or a convertible.. the centre of the roof isn't a structural point of the car, its the A/B/C pillars so essentially it will not affect the chassis rigidity at all. but it probably requires an engineering certificate as you're cutting a panel as far as reliability goes, well you should be right from teh stories i have read about sunroofs.. the stock one is tiny anyway so anything aftermarket it going to be better than thestock thing in my opinion cheers, Warren

i need help.. my car won't start and the fuel gauge is on empty anyone know where i can get this "petrol" thing i have read about on the forums? i could always buy a new car...
