    on the q7 at a vw specialist its as follows minor service 300 every 15k major service 800 every 30k i changes the oil inbetween at 7500km about $100 or $150 if old mate does it double/ maybe tripple that is you get audi to do it

    so this became the daily while the q7 is in for a major service 250km of a tank putting around town lol pretty shit bought it 8 months ago and this was the frist time a full tank was used on the street aircon rocks in this thing!

    if you hop in the back and swing on it, you can move it about 2 inches up or down once the harness is tight it doesnt move as its tentioned up if it did move it would only tighten the harnes on your chest ( unlike the one in your pick above which is in compression and if something got loose your head smashes the steering wheel... but r31 owners dont think of these things)
