yep that looks like it will work. being PIC based makes it a bit smaller as well. you could just about do away with most of the 'load bearing' side if it and grab control of the lights from the stalk input. then let the PIC run that back into the BCM. timing would be similar.

you would be better off sourcing a CVT column and using that. the bits you showed me probably will not suit yours - read the fine print. if you want find me a CVT chassis number and I'll dig the parts up you need when I get a sec.

when you go through the front grommet - open it up with a tool of some sort- do NOT cut it open. you will end up with wet feet. aceessing it is best done with the battery and all the other crap removed.

the 4hour drive will answer your questions you know. there is really no point posting it here when no one has the correct tools to fix the thing and further to that I know what I'm looking for when I see the car. most are going to tell you to go nuts with the door swtich which in your case is not going to help. as it sits now with your car: SRS system offline therefore car unroadworthy therefore its NOT insured if you smack something. bisebee, yours is a similar issue. seat ram is farked. common on the V series cars from 2001-2004.

there is a paki site that has the loading KWI file for DL. but why bother. turf it.

really? so you are happy with an alarm that only drops the starter? autowatch for me thanks. drops 3 ckts requires a proper installer to fit the thing and its oz stds - something the viper is not.

come for a drive through the week (call first.) and I'll take a squiz. thing that gets me though . how did it gt complied with that light on and even more so how did it get registered. that is a sizeable defect that should not have been allowed through IMO.

yep yours has the same issue as most. the anti subarmine rams are gone. new seat time (x2) for you.

I would LOVE to see how they implement that one. touch screen yes. full controls - I do not think so. at best you will grab the touch overlay , redirect that into a chinese navi box and then have something that partially works. voice command - nup. I have one to do in a week and a bit myself and that will be done with garmin and tie all the cameras in as well. audio will be external as this is a bose car. I have a proper video interface I use for these cars. who is doing the job?
