  1. yep new battery time. century do a decent one that will drop into that hole.
  2. anna, shoot me a concise version of that with your business name- I am ddoing the page for the shop site now.
  3. no. N=4wd. so the block is different. I have 4wd block. use the box you have as it is better geared that a GTR box. same box different gearing.
  4. no idea them without the car in front of me.
  5. no the stereo id different from year to year. nav/non navi has nothing to do with it unless you are talking about the panel over the glovebox.
  6. panels, lights and supports, no wiring. that stays the same.
  7. steel bar works wonders on these cars - take that how you will. I can be in it in under 30 sec.
  8. chcek both fuses. you have killed them. there will be one in the drivers panel blown and one in the boot panel blown.
  9. next time youare down you can have the spares I have here.
  10. boxy but neat. I like.
  11. TA!! When you look down into the spare tyre area about middle of the back wall you will see a bolt and nut pop up there that is the bracket I need. the middle bit is what I am after. that is the top of it. I cannot find a decent shot of the thing. if you do have it chop around the panel and leave it intact. that way I can salvage it for mine.
  12. NOWHERE near that price. they are in the 3 figure range new. hand me $90 for the black one and its yours. only reason I want to move it on is they are not as common as the silver ones and I'm stuck with it.
  13. RB25 is from a C34 Stagea so 4wd. it stays stock apart from a intake swap. I kept the original GTS4 box as it is the SAME box as the GTR (with ratio changes) so that keeps it somewhat original. engine choice was easy for me. RB26 cost too much - RB20 too old and parts hard to find. parts are easy to get. nissan have them providing you have money to source them as some are not cheap. the door trim pieces ARE NOT cheap new. about $1200 for both sides ex osaka. yet to bother with these due to cost. working on body first.
  14. seem to be. every time I have asked they have said available ex japan and a short lead time OR a long lead time IF they had to make it.
  15. Whzzn, FOUND A LH headlight seal. I want to copy it into rubber somehow. it is intact (barely.) and useable.
  16. nah they make more.... its only when the demand drops off on certain bits that they kill them off. take a infiniti Q45 - try to buy bits for one of those. not a popular car and bits VERY hard to find new. this thing I can pull up on my lookup list and get parts prices and the like quite easily. to put it another way , if everyone keeps restoring R32 GTRs then the GTST or GTS4 will still live as well. some parts are getting expensive though. the alloy GTR bonnet is a touch under $2k new..
  17. this is craigs one you are talking about?
  18. show me the remote.
  19. I have two of those on the way form osaka currently. I have a black one in stock that someone can make reasonable an offer on. you have to buy the whole thing you cannot simply buy the lid.
  20. also I believe that car is on the gold coast..
  21. the comment pertains to the weight of the car. they are heavier than the others and thus called boats or whales. if you see either mentioned they are referring to a 33. I own a 32 so I do not get those comments, if you are in or near brissy your first stop should be me for mods. that way you still have a car to mod.
  22. call him on monday then. work out what a truck/train costs to get it there.
  23. when you think about it these things are as popular as the VN commodore. parts are readily available for them and that's a good thing. don't need any more harnesses. I have 3 sets now.
