  1. Josh, at the end of the day... was the vh45 swap worth it??
  2. It's a good way to cut groves in your comp wheels and housings
  3. Oh Damo... I know I know.. If you strip the whole car loom down to the essentials, it's going to be a little more than 250g. And it is all the little things that add up to one big weight saving. But as a regular person 'mod' so to speak, it's alot of cash outlay for a small gain if you can't do it yourself.. imagine what you would charge a punter to strip out a engine loom, strip it down and re install it. But gas is still AWSOME

  5. Can you chuck us some shots of the camber arms? Cheers Justin
  6. .25 of a kg ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ah aha ha.... Don't eat dinner the night before... more weight saving!
  7. I'd be a little concerned about your N1 pump too.... I had one in my 25 bottom end and it was starting to crack allready- no collar, but the pump had done less than 2k km's. I'd rather take every other precaution to keep the oil where it needs to be, let the crank case pressure out and only fitt restricers at a last resort.
  8. There is no way your going to get a new trust T517Z kit for $1k.... I have 10cm's... but I'd suggest 8's for street work and/or stock engine. Yeah right... I nosed over 400rwkw with my 10cm's.... and that was pushing them as hard as they would go. An honest 430rwkw on 8cm's..... hmm
  9. That's where it's at Rob... 12lt's of nissan fury! Hmmm the boat needs a re-power...

  11. No head drain... just intake side sump breather. It releases alot of pressure from the sump. Other than that just decent -12 brether lines and old school niccs rb20 rocker covers, with the stock baffles. Stock restrictors. The new 30 has fairly large clearances... no oil in the catch can yet.
  12. Looks like I really really really really want a fkn manifold.... Multi post fail.
  13. Wanted: RB30et stock exhaust manifold. Cheers Justin

  17. I'd rather have more oil going roundy roundy, than starving bearing sufaces at low pressure. Stock engines don't run super tight restricters... Also the smaller the hole, the easier it can block up.. Especially with vct. I didn't get a drop of oil in the catch can the last track day I ran... 25 and an N1 pump running quite high oil pressure too. Do note though, under brakes my oil pressure bottomed right out. So loose the stock sump asap!
  18. Yes... but there is some changes that need to be made in order to run larger injectors or afm.
  19. Ok kiddies... Head drain to turbo side of the sump... above the oil level. Breather line from the intake side of the sump... above the oil level... to the catch can. Decent breather lines from each rocker cover to the catch can.. AND A ballance breather between each rocker cover at the rear- Just like a stock 26. There's a huge pressure difference between the rocker covers under load. Equalising the pressure between the covers helps to reduce the oil drain pressure build up. I'm not a huge fan of restricers.. It's the last thing I would try. And I havn't needed them yet... Whats new on the white whale Pete?
  20. It's a very similar process to set up the nistune. Just as easy.
  21. X2
  22. I have a black stag (from factory)... in the sun there is about 6 different colours in it.
  23. updates mike?
  24. Yeah shure... But why on earth would you put a GTR badge on a car that's not a GTR??? Putting a gtr badge on a gts-t is the same as putting a GTR badge on a mustang...
