Your a bit of a dark horse arn't you pete...
  5. Don't waste your time on a dyno... you can troubleshoot your problems yourself. Ign issue, fuel delivery issue or flow restriction- etc. J.

  9. Pretty shure Briley's stocks some 7/8 Alpha goma pushlock hose.
  10. Your gonna have to get 4 exact matching tyres for your stag Tom... S2's are super touchy. I had brand new tyres all round in the same sizes on my s2 but differnet brands front to back... and the attessa didn't like it. Justin.
  11. Did you guys get coolant rails drilled horizontaly through your head?
  12. Needs Night Rider LED's... I like it!
  13. Some people use the front mounting bolts for the passenger seat to secure a bracket. TBH I leave mine in all the time... I have nightmares about watching one of my cars burn and not being able to do anything about it. Mine are behind my seat.
  14. I'd like to see a dyno sheet.... 6262 is not GT-SS response... I've driven 2 GTR's with 6262 PT turbos is two difernet trims.. they were laggier. They're not a bad turbo as compared to some of the PT range. Yeah... if your lucky. seen a couple of '1000hp' honda's with stock gearboxes.. ha ha ha ha
  15. Got wing?
  16. Just don't do it...
  17. Oh dear... now you have less money to spend on the 33 after you gear up the Navara. It's an endless cycle
  18. Yeah you can run a s1 rb25/loom/etc from a rb20 ecu... there may be a few minor wiring changes though. Also as said above, you'll need a window switch to run the VCT. Why are you running a rb20 turbo on a 25? They flow less than a 25 turbo and won't spool up much quicker... If your going to stick with the mines ecu, you'll need to put rb20 injectors in it, rb20 tps and a coolant temp sensor from memory. Personally, I'd buy a z32 300zx ecu, get a nistune board installed and plug that into the rb25 loom, then ditch the rb20 turbo for at least a stock rb25 turbo. What do you want from it?
  19. Hybusa+Mira= Fun???
  20. As a side note, is there any ride on lawn mower racing in Tassie? http://www.arolmra.tk/ Looks like a blast!!!
  21. What'd ya get??? tow truck?
  22. I hope the engine is solid mounted!
  23. If you need ideas for ram tube shapes, have a look at stock bmw engines... Late model M3 and M5 tube shapes curve fairly well 90 but open up on the radius. The other idea I had was to change the angle of the intake/throttle plates. I noticed on a few of the big boy jap builds in the late 90's there was a 'wedge' between the tb's and head to angle the tb's up for a better intake angle. Nice build... well done for having a propper crack at a N/A RB build. With 4.11/4.3 gears it would be a verry nappy thing on the street. Cheers Justin
  24. I was running these turbos 6-7 years ago on a stock 26 and ppg dog box.... Personally I loved them! I don't remember them being 'that' laggy especially compared to other 400rwkw setups around at the time. At the end of the day, you can swap the rear housings for 8cm versions for better response. Everyone is all hung up on maximum response for the power... I've spent years of my life trying to find the perfect 'ballance' for my 28. One day it hit me, I love my skylines because the way them make me feel when I drive them... not the dyno curve. I say to hell with response, hello old school kick in the back and a big grin!! Pair of td06's for me!!! PS I'll never get beat by an excell.... I don't race them.
