    Welders

If you dont want to fork out for an auto darkening mask... Get a really big spotlight for your welding station. ha ha ha I've found the snap on auto helmet to be awsome- relativly cheap in the US J.
  4. If you need a portable box, have a look at the pelican roller tool box- about 700 bucks but they're awsome! I travel all over the world with mine.... stacked full of snap on tools! J.
  5. Seriously, soak a set of tyres in diesel for a few hrs, then dry them off and hang them up overnight. Then fitt them the next day. Easy skids and heaps of smoke... But if your drifting, I guess you'll need some grip. Leave a set of tyres out in the sun for a couple of weeks so they go hard. Hard rubber smokes well too. J.
  6. It's called buzzing... 0 load free revving isn't too bad, just try not to do it. Learn how to drive damn it! J.
  7. Dude... got to another engineer...
  8. Soak them in diesel before you fitt them.... smokes awsome! ha ha ha
  9. In the foot... ha ha ha in the ass! If I handed over 7k for an intercooler... I'd sue myself!
  10. Are you getting charged for 3 days of tuning? You shouldn't foot the bill for somones "on the job training"..... or is he just buisy and blowing you off???
  11. Keep up the good work mate.... Cant wait to see the results. Cheers Justin
  12. bumpity...
  13. I'm happy to wait for mine too...
  14. Marty- Mobile Mechanics in Moonah. Good, professional and honest guys. J.
  15. Marine grade 3M 5200... It will stick almost anything to almost anything. Most superyachts are held together with 5200!!! Ha ha ha... No really. 3M is heat resistant, flame retardent and chemical retardent. It's also the only product that Yach Insurace companies allow to be used as a sealant below the water line. It's so frekin sticky that 3M had to produce a removing agent- nothing else will get it off. J.
  16. Hit up SPG in Moonah... BTW A PFC for an RB20 is hard to come by. J.

    Rb26

Reason for sale? Is there a recent comp test and/or dyno sheet? Cheers J.
  18. I'd be going with -5's for 320-330 on stock internals... You'll make the power easier- thus keeping your internals together longer. OR Have a look at Trust T517Z 8cm's... I prefer them to Garetts.... Especially now that Garett/Honeywell have started cheaping out on they're production quality and standards... Port match the stock exh manifolds and fitt quality dump pipes while your at it. J.
  19. built rb25 and box + datsun 260Z = Fun You cant simply re-drill the 2WD block to plonk an AWD sump and diff onto it.... it's a different block. Honestly, if you cant afford to buy a stag motor/box... maybe you should hold off on any kind of performance conversion? J.
  20. Local 500rwkw cars??? I'd better step it up a notch for the re-build then. Ha ha.. Justin.
  21. Hi Octane have them for about 250 ish...
  22. I would... it's just a small bead of high temp sealant on the inside.
  23. I'm fairly shure it's not a pre-formed gasket. It's a small bead of high temp sealer... your talking about the red stuff yeah? Just remove all the origional sealer, clean it up and run a small bead of high temp sealer around the plate and screw it back into position. Or Replace that plate with a mines style plate triple bypass baffle, it will reduce the amount of oil exiting the rocker covers. J.
