  1. I just bought a set and hopefully will get them in time to test them out this weekend on a back to back track day
  2. Just wondering if someone could please help me translate the words in the upper left hand corner of the box highlighted in yellow. I'm trying to figure out whether these parts are supposed to be included with the rails I purchased or not. All help is much appreciated!
  3. Wow, if only this was for sale 2 weeks ago. Just bought a set for A LOT more than this. Good price and free bump
  4. Accidentally bought two, so now I'm selling it. Details all over the internet but here are two links: http://www.greddy.com/products/electronics/profec/ http://www.nengun.com/greddy/profec-oled-worlds-best-price (mine is cheaper!) Pick up from Melbourne after Melbourne Cup day, or I can post interstate. $400
  5. Selling a brand new Motorquality 3" FIA approved 4 point harness. It's a high end harness which was made in Italy. Never used and I've always stored it in a box (harnesses can be affected by UV light). Purchased from another member who bought it from a group buy on SAU (http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/102480-46-point-3-harnesses-fai-approved-329/). The harness has passed its expiry date so is ok for non-CAMS use. I attend CAMS events so will be purchasing one which I can use for them. Please let me know if you have any questions. Pick up from Melbourne and can post interstate. $100 ONO
  6. Selling a brand new ARK Design EBC with red LED lettering. Comes with everything needed to install. One review from the web: http://www.jt-culture.com/ark-design-abc-active-boost-controller-review/ More info can be found from their website: http://arkdesign-us.com/abc.htm It comes with the optional aluminium stand and am looking for $300 pick up from Melbourne, which is a good saving from buying it from a retailer. Also happy to ship interstate. PM me if you're interested or have any questions.

    Track Pads

I'm looking for a new set of track pads to replace my DS2500s. The DS2500s were nice, but might get me through 2.5-3 track days. I'm interested in anything similar that might last a bit longer or doesn't cost as much to replace every half handful of track days. Happy for them to be a track only pad and to be swapped out for any street/hill climb/deca stuff. Have been looking at others like DS3000s, Hawk DTC-60, QFM A1RM. I know the DS3000 and DTC-60s aren't cheaper in many cases, but maybe they will last a bit longer. Any feedback is appreciated!
  8. If anyone was wondering... How does an Accusump Oil Accumulator Work? Accusumps Oil Accumulators are designed collect pressurized oil from your engine and store it so it may be discharged later. At the time the engine is shut off and the Accusump valve closes any oil pressure in the Accusump is held there. On engine start-up when the valve on the oil side is opened the pressurized oil is released into the engine and therefore pre-lubricates the engine prior to start-up. After the engine is started and the oil pump has taken over, oil is pumped back into the Accusump. This moves the piston back and pressurizes the Accusump until it equalizes with engine's oil pressure. While driving, if the engine's oil pressure is interrupted for any reason, the Accusump releases its oil reserve again, keeping the engine lubricated until the engine's oil pressure comes back to normal. This release of oil could last from 15 to 60 seconds, depending on the size and speed of the engine. In racing or hard driving conditions, the Accusump will automatically fill and discharge when needed as you corner, accelerate and brake. http://www.accusump.com/accusump_tech.html#Howdoes
  9. Selling my brand new Canton Accusump 3qt (slightly under 3L), electric EPC valve kit with 35-40psi release and mounting brackets. https://www.cantonracingproducts.com/product/24-006/24-006----ACCUSUMP-3QT-NO-VALVE/ https://www.cantonracingproducts.com/product/24-200/24-200----ACCUSUMP-MOUNTING-CLAMPS-23-QT/ https://www.cantonracingproducts.com/product/24-273/24-273----ACCUSUMP-EPC-VALVE-35-40-PSI/ Only opened to check it out and take a pic. Will come in original boxes with manuals etc. Used to prevent oil starvation on RB engines at high RPM/high G forces. Located in Melbourne. $500 ONO PM me for more details
  10. Loooking for anyone who has purchased the 324mm brake caliper spacer (http://www.gktech.com/index.php/r33-gts-t-caliper-bracket-to-suit-324mm-r33-gtr-rotor-628.html) and has experience with using it on track. Will it be reliable enough for track/circuit work over sustained periods? I'm just concerned that over a prolonged heat period with multiple heavy stops the bracket may warp and damage other components.
  11. I get my RBF600 from here: http://www.autosphere.com.au/c/4404718/1/brake-fluid.html Will try the ATE stuff next bleed.
  12. I have one in good condition. Pretty sure it has the swing arm too. PM me your email address and I can send you a pic.
  13. From what I've been reading (been looking for front camber arms), the 33 GTR and GTS-T front suspension is the same, but the rear is different. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong though.
  14. Purchased from a mate (who is also an SAU member) recently but have since decided to invest in a set of R compounds instead of street tyres. I think they're about 60% tread remaining and letting them go for what I purchased them for - $100 for both. Pick up from inner eastern suburbs.
  15. I have purchased a fixed back Bride seat and am looking at a set of rails to suit. I've been told that Bride Type FO or FG would be suitable, but want to find out if anyone else is using these and whether they are adjustable back and forward (even if it's a non-quick release mechanism).
  16. This is interesting...I thought it applied to all RBs, not just 26s
  17. If you're going to track RBs you'll also need to watch out for oiling issues at sustained high RPMs
  18. I'm biased because I have an R33 that I track, but here's a very fast one at Winton: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U4Ih_iAWyYM I think he's a forum member too so he might be able to provide details on his car.
