Im "slowly" building my 33 up to be more of a track/fun car rather than a streeter. although, if I had my choice and time again, I think I'd do BHDave's way. 32 with the 25 in it. But I just love my 33 and I wont be getting rid of it for a long time! My power level is just about complete (only 220rwkw but for me at the track, thats plenty) and suspension is almost done (just need a better diff) and now Im going to strip it so we'll see how all that turns out slighty off topic - I spoke to Bond roll bars? they said just under 1k fitted for the rear - 4 point cage with the middle harness bar. that seems pretty reasonable yes? I think its CAMS approved also?

for you it was perhaps, but for other people it is different. remember - every person has a different risk with insurance. what you pay will be completely different to someone else and their situation Id suggest justcars, or young and cool if under 25.

mate, the first mods to look at what Id suggest are intake mods (hi-flow panel filter in airbox) or a pod with a cold air feed and a turbo back exhaust at the same time. after that? springs and shocks and a kit somewhere in between they are small basic mods, but the car will be more alive and you'll love it....for a small amount of time!

well my set up is the full syd kid set up springs and shocks sway bars castor camber the springs and shocks settings/height are what syd kid reccomends in the thread (group buy) I use R888's also. Last track day tyres were very hot on the contact patch and still the max I can get is -1.5 I forget what the castor is, however, if I have max castor or as much as the adjustment allows, does it "reduce" the amount of camber I can dial in? Im I a n00b at this? Or should I just shut up and do alot more research?

why did I open this thread! d'oh. R33GOD - have they found out why yet or havent had a chance to look at it? Ive asked my tuner to set boost to around 14psi to be safe! hope my hiflow is all good! Sorry to hear though mate, its gotta suck zilch's set up sounds good mate!
