  3. Hey Guys, Have just been asked to be a mod for NA section and have accepted. I have been around for about 4 years now and own a R33 94 GTST coupe with around 350rwhp and love it to bits (missus gets a bit jealous now and again). Hope to get a bit more involved with this section and help out where I can. Eric

  13. i have a china Fmic but didn't want to chop into the side of my engine bay either so I got a piece if 2 1/2" 304 stainless pipe and made my own. just piped it up to the standard intercooler pipework on the inlet, then made a 180 degree turn on the outlet side and run the pipe at the back of my intercooler back to the stock pipework again . works well. anyone tried to fit a BA/BF falcon turbo intercooler to a skyline. they are quite narrow and i think they would fit between the reo
  14. so if there is only one company doing this test, what happens to the poor person in Esperance or way up north. does that mean they have to travel to Perth to do there testing. Thats going to go down well
  15. he did, everything but the cam. he was hoping to get away with it, guess he did'nt
  16. mate just got a sticker on his commondore. went to the pits today, didnt pass and needs a emission test done. had normal stuff (tint, 2 big a wheels, 2 low, and a big cam) will be interesting to see how he goes. mine didn't have black spot disease until i put the bigger injectors in.
  17. and whats worse is it doesn't do it straight away. so we get cooked by solar radiation for years, before it flips around. then our starter motors go the wrong way round
  18. Thanks for the info Gary, might be a matter off starting to save for some proper injectors and get rid of these
  19. i know its still slightly over standard rail pressure from when i had the stock injectors in (about 2 psi over). is this what you mean or to pressure to low?

  23. hey all, had a set of high flowed sr20 injectors (flowed to 600cc) fitted to my car a few weeks back. since then i've noticed black carbon on my rear bar and chewing the fuel. i haven't been doing alot of boosting but am still getting just under 15l/100. to me this is too much so thinking its maybe to O2 sensor (was replaced about 1 year ago). got in contact with my tuner who is adamant that its the high flow injectors are causing the problem (bad spray pattern due to being drilled) not the tune. i got a power fc and high flow turbo.
  24. anyone know if high flowed injectors will have worse fuel economy than the sards/nismos injectors .have a set of sr20's high flowed to 600cc and chewing through the fuel. got carbon all over the rear bar and my tuner is trying to tell me its the injectors bad spry patttern, not the tune?
  25. i was running 307 rwhp (227rwkw) on stock injectors with a FPR on this turbo with a safc2 at 11psi. no problems
