  1. should have some external footage coming soon
  2. around the 500 mark for the twins is what we priced up... tad expensive but im sure they work well
  3. im guessing the answer to that is trial and error, something which i will do now. I def need more preload on mine. its a bit laggy down low lol
  4. Oil catch cans should have an inlet, and an outlet, the putlet either goes back to the intake air pipe or vents to atmo... without the outlet, the can will pressurise tyre press for street tyres.. start with 34 psi and see how the car feels oil temps - assuming your going to mallala, do 1 warm up lap, 2 flying laps, 1 cool down lap, then two flying laps, cool down, etc etc duntil the session is over. tools - cable ties, race tape, socket set, side cutters, 1/4 drive socket set, hammer, plyars and some stainless steel cable ties, this is what i usually take. along with spare hoseclamps and assorted consumables, pays to take water and oil too. you can overfil the sump by an extra half a L. have fun!
  5. tis smaller then thr stock nissan banjoi oil feed restrictor. so about 1 mm or so
  6. dropping it certainly aint good, why not try borring another z32 afm and see if the problem is still the same or not
  7. your wrong, the 3076's and many other GT30 series do run an internal restrictor
  8. Jack uses a canon EOS 30D, not sure what lens tho. as for camera mount, the external one is a manfrotto suction cup, and the internal one is something i made up using some flat bar and a few bolts.
  9. garrets have restrictors built in
  10. Some in car and on car from prac session on sunday... car is awesome now with 265 rwkw....so much fun and its faaaast!!! Cheers, hope you enjoy, thanks to Jack for the awesome pics too!

  12. was out on the track on sunday... oil temp seems to be low!! pressure was fine once it warmed right up, with around 1.5 bar at idle and up to 6-7 bar at full noise, shoots up quick from idle to 3000 rpm, so all is good there. temps however, the hottest i could get it to was 85 degrees, that was after several hard 3rd and 4th gear WOT near limiter drift.... so yeah, i was expecting it to reach at least 100 and stay there, track temps was around 29-30 degrees too so not a cold day. thoughts?
  13. geeze yet another farken thread.... .
  14. turn 2 is a reall tricky one sometimes.. ive found the best is to use some footbreak during the transition to wash off some speed, and try and get that front left wheel as close to or on the ripple strip for the best line!
  15. nos can cause cold burns also, but only at closeish ranges
  16. they are not even any good on the track either... no damper control means you bounce off most corners, no good for drift either, no grip, so you just under or oversteer, while others are passing you
  17. 280 reliably with a good tune, 300 rwkw can be had with stock internals but then you start wondering when its going to blow.. anything over of that and you start walking a fine line. boost should be kept to around 17 psi max.
  18. that manifold is junk.. tell your friend to do some reaearch on manifolds
  19. hicas ecu
  20. the fan on the ac core will only turn on when coolant temp reaches above 91 degrees and the ac is on... since the ac isnt operational yet the fan is never going to turn on
  21. pretty sure the 25 ones have a slightly different calibration range then the 20 ones, could be wrong tho huddy: wiper wiring is easy, im doing gumnuts next weekend
  22. hey i never said my air con works, i dont even have it and you need to use the RB25 O2 sensor with RB25 ecu mate
  23. not bad, he's got a few bad habits happening tho, so a few tips his way would be less straight line handbraking, as you can clearly tell that its not locking up too well, so more of a flick and handbrake to enter would be a good thing for him to start practicing needs some more rear grip big time too, thing is skating 4th... and its a ca lol all in all, keep up the good work
  24. then thats what we shall do whats the retail on the 220 twin fan set up?
  25. thats a tight fit, but i reckon we'll do the same as that, why move the rad back for pushers? is there a benifit to running push over pull?
