Its probably just a "Chinese" copy, buy a "decent" one, and make sure you earth the new one to help stop corrosion... You are using anti corrosive coolant yeah not just water??

This forum has the knowledge, but the same questions get asked all the time and they are the most entry level questions imaginable, if you have serious questions that cant be answered by a simple google they come and ask. but you really need to apply building your own knowledge first by learning and yes it may not be the quick way but it is the only way to really understand what it is your trying to do...

You have a rwd that has the potential for high power, its not an easy car to drive fast, the gtr on the other hand is alot easier to handle in my opinion, i drove a std gtr flat to the floor on a track and thought it was sasy as, i cant drive my gtst flat to the floor without my full attention... Dont just be proud of your gtst but know that its an entirely different car with its own abilities and attributes. High powered rwd is the animal that bites back hard, it takes real skill to handle them

risk blowing a head gasket???? unless you actually watch your temp guage or have warnings set on guages... there are a heap of things you can upgrade before a working radiator

Dont replace the std one until you have too, 290rwkw still std on mine and i dont baby it on the road or track...

if my front lip wasnt already fairly low Id be doing this to see how it fits, or atleast find a random E60 M5 to measure it up
