so I want to change the tie down system on my car trailer. Im going to use two 80mm wide ratchet straps, each to run from front of trailer over the front wheel then over the rear wheel, just like below, except my trailer is a complete sheet platform. and Ill be using square u bolts to run the strap through if that makes sense. What I need to know is what size steel I should use as reinforcement for the u bolts. Im thinking 50x50 square tube 5mm? thickness, running the entire wide of trailer welded to each side rail welded at intervals to underside of sheet platform. Any advice?

Is smoke actually coming out of the exhaust? Could be anything, the fact that you thought installing a catch can with just a filter on it not plumbed back just because there was some oil in the pipe, who knows how long its been building up, says that maybe your ability to diagnose is even with you being able to give a description of what the is it happening, when, and under what conditions. Would love to help but your not making this easy or fun

When does the smoke appear, on idle, when warm, decel??? More info? Why do you think its either turbo or valve stem?

Its probably something else making the smoke

If you want a forward facing plenum you do it, just research first so you understand the tradeoffs and which type of ffp does what

Spoke about this with my lawyer partner, and her response was there is only a legal footing if the product doesnt do what it specifically says it will do, because the advertisement is very vague and non-specific the product, doesnt have to do very much more than the stock part, with the engine operating at factory specs. So probably no accc case, as it would be buyer beware unless the seller gave the advice that the product would perform to your specific requirements. Sell them and get a more reputable part, perhaps dont waste your time... Seller sounds aware of theyre position

Ask a glass replacement dude and let us know what he says on whether the seal only is replaceable

That would be sitting crazy low at the front of the diffuser. I would of liked to have them on but getting over speed humps would of been impossible. Im pretty sure i made extra mounting brackets, using 20x3mm alloy bar
