  1. Hi all, Got a pair of brand new ISC tops for sale, suits front suspension of skyline r32 r33 and r34. These are the rubber tops that are only made to order. These tops are an upgrade to stock tops, slimmer than the standard top which allows you to lower your car while not compromising on suspension travel. Good for replacing the bearing tops on some coilovers, or coilover conversion or even just to be used with stock tops. paid $200 new, now selling for $150.
  2. And the pipework looks 3 inch while the his exhaust is 3.5 if I'm right? Was looking at this before but had another idea, joining the end of the chamber the end where it's capped to the actual exhaust (without actually drilling through. Just not sure if it'll still be effective that's all) Saves the hassle of having to find a way to mount the chamber
  3. All good, boost controller was bought from nengun, paid close to $350 including shipping in September last year
  4. Shed cleanout- blitz boost controller, GKtech caster rods, bosch 040 fuel pump Few spare parts I need to get rid of from my garage: Blitz SBC type S- $330, brand new, never installed- One of the latest electric boost controller from Blitz, easy to set up, selling because I've ended up using the AVCR I had already. GKtech caster rods V3 for R33 R34 S14 S15- $120, latest design by GKtech for more wheel clearance, was $240 brand new, only used for less than 10k km/2 months, selling because I replaced it with Ikeya Formula rods I already have Bosch 040 $50- used for roughly 20,000km, in good working order, pulled 278rwkw with this before, genuine item, selling because going E85 and replaced it with Walbro. has some scratches on the surface but works totally fine. Located in North Sydney, happy to post at buyer's expense, PM me if interested
  5. lol sorry didn't see that bit, just visited the thread after a few rounds of drinks Curious to know why too so Ive also been following this thread
  6. The rattle and ting could be your engine pinging due to overboost, but not related to the reason why it overboosted
  7. Yeah thought about that, good location, just don't really want to drill holes on the floor pan...
  8. Thanks Dale, you've made a good point. Was judging hot fuel by whining pump when the fuel heats up. Hasn't affected performance at this stage- well it doesn't go so well on hot days anyway esp when its untuned And yeah Johnny one day when the cars ready lol tracked my old car and the maintenance cost is expensive
  9. Yup, so will a front collision that is big enough to impact the integrity of fuel system in a standard engine bay Or a golf GTD spinning out on the track with bottom of chassis hitting the ripple strip All huge fireball events, totally badass If you have better suggestion as to where to mount it I'm all ears, I still havent found a satisfactory place to mount it and considering just hooking up a walbro 460 instead which is a newer in design and doesn't produce as much heat as the Bosch

  11. Yup duct and mounting points are definitely coming Just that finding a good place for mounting the cooler is the headache lolol
  12. Haven't hooked it up yet until I'm sure where I'm going to mount it, but yes it'll be the return line as suggested The vw cooler is tube and fin and definitely more suited to the mounting location from cooling perspective. it's just that I've had this cooler sitting there as a spare so I might as well use it. I only used the VW cooler as an example from safety perspective. if it's not ideal I will give it another thought to see if I can find somewhere else safer
  13. Hrm but the HICAS ECU controls variable rack assistance
  14. I think GTSBoy's photo is referring to the cooler in front of the rear sway bar. I'm not sure how that is mounted but I'd imagine it will need some drilling on the floor pan, likewise with mounting behind the diff I initially found this and was planning to copy this but found out it was for r32 gtr and won't work on r33/34 due to the location of fuel tank And here's the Volkswagen/Audi set up- similar to where I've placed it, except it's a lot slimmer than the cooler I've got..
