  1. Amazing. Interior isn't as stripped as I thought it would be.
  2. r36 is a while away so I wouldn't worry. Enjoy the car when you get it and see how the R36 is when it comes out.
  3. Congrats. Looks the goods Love the subtle updates in the 2015 models.
  4. Black is the safe option and really suits the GTR. Red does look good in the flesh, but you would definitely have less interest when selling.
  5. R36 maybe? Don't know too much yet, but I have a few suggestions or hopes rather. I think if they could give it more top end power that'd be great. The 0-100 is pretty good, after that it drops off a little. I also wonder if they could have a better comfort mode, so that the car is less clunky and noisy when you are just cruising stuck in traffic....
  6. No issues here. Must have been an unlikely failure.
  7. Nice that there seems to be a solution. The JDM GTRs are a lot cheaper whenever they're up for sale, so might be the only option for some people.
  8. Hahaha. Barry has built a few engines for me, I've always had good experiences. Be patient though. Number is 0401300028 just in case you are still waiting for a PM.
  9. Yep. I'm biased, but I'm yet to hear a better sounding exhaust set-up for an R35.
  10. Haha. Fair enough. Try these guys next time if it isn't out of your way: http://activemotorwerke.com.au/ I have had many positive dealings with them with BMWs, GTRs and my Rangey. They charge reasonably and are professionals.
  11. Where did you take it? That's absurd. (Southern BM? lol)
  12. We all about the lulz in the R35 section. Lulz and R mode launches.
  13. Not a fan of the colour in general, but the rest is good!
  14. You an N1 collector now Terry? Leave some for the rest of the population too mate.
  15. That's so sad. I don't get the whole meeting up in a big crowd and having drags FnF style.
  16. Welcome to the forum. If you would like to start advertising items for sale here, you are most welcome, but please read this thread first: http://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/294953-are-you-a-business-want-to-advertise-on-sau-click-here/ Thanks.
  17. Amazing! Nice run. Guys lets make this clear, from a technological POV, there is NO comparison between an R34 and an R35. You're comparing a modern super car with a car that was released in 1999 (essentially with an engine that was designed in the late 80s). The reasons for wanting an R34 have been well covered.
  18. Welcome. There are a few Melbourne r35 meets here and there but not too frequently.
  19. From what I've seen the JDM cars are harder to sell. They're usually priced more aggressively though.
  20. Yeah fair enough, I would not buy as primarily a track car. I doubt they'd honour it.
