  2. Spotted it on Plain St yesterday afternoon about 2-2:30pm. I was the guy in black crossing the road behind you while you were sitting at the Wellington St lights
  3. Surprised he still has his license if he's refused to pay since the beginning of the year. Some of the sheer stupidity in this thread amazes me. There's a time and a place people, and that's 3am on the highway.. any kid out there then deserves to get cleaned up ^^ jks.. don't flame me
  4. Pretty sure the ecu temp sensor is the yellow one. I originally snapped mine when putting the 30 in and used the 25DE sensor (brown) to get it running. Ran in cold start all the time till I grabbed one off my mates RB26 manifold.
  5. When I got stickered the cops were kind enough to tell me I had 16 speeding fines, which is only an average of 2/year since I got my license. There's also 2x driving without a license and 1x careless. The speeding fines range from $50 and no points all the way up to $350 & 6pts (old system) for 55kmh over the limit.. back in the day that was 5kmh off double the speed limit and being taken away in the back of a squad car. Those 6pts actually lost me my license 3 weeks before I was due to come off my P's, so license got cancelled and I had to sit the theory and practical tests again Lost my license once and didn't get it back for a couple of years, been good recently though, think I'm sitting on about 7pts.
  6. *could* be the temp sensor for the ecu, the symptoms sound like when my old RB20 was running in cold start.

Thought I'd post up my old RB20 results for all to see Car consisted of: - internally standard RB20DET (silvertop) - s1 RB25 turbo - china fmic + piping - Xforce split dump pipe - 3" front pipe - 3" decat pipe - 2.75" cat back into canon - 044 pump mounted intank - generic metal pod filter - Greddy Profec B spec2 (haven't spent much time smoothing out the boost curve) This was untuned running 12psi (ignore the red line, that was when we tried to run 14psi, it made ~260rwhp but started to ping up high)

  18. I thought they were a copper core with plastic end tanks? shrug, who cares, don't earth it if you don't want to.
  19. Stock radiators are not made of ally, hence not earthed. If you have a 32 you need a 32 radiator (regardless of what motor) otherwise it won't bolt up. fatz, I'm interesting in 2x radiators to suit R32, need a price shipped to 6054

  21. I picked up a new 044 off ebay for $215 delivered, then paid Hyperdrive $220 to fit it. They supplied all the fittings and redid the wiring to the pump
  22. I had a s1 R33 turbo on my RB20 and it made 183rwkw @ 12psi and was making full boost by about 3500rpm. Same turbo on my RB30 makes full boost by about 2200rpm and makes the same power at the same boost but about 1500rpm sooner.
  23. RB20 w/ 25 turbo (ignore the red line in the above graph, that's when we tried 14psi untuned but it started to ping up high) RB30 w/ 25 turbo Only difference between the two engines apart from the extra litre are the 550cc injectors and z32 afm (and a minor tune).

Only looking at fitting a GT35R and by clearance I meant for everything.. including ratchet and spanner access The majority of the manifolds I have found when looking about have the turbo sitting a good couple of inches above the cam cover. If anyone knows of any specific high mount manifolds that aren't too high.. please, enlighten me
