Is it spinning one wheel when this is happening?
My stock diff is dying (Nismo 2way on the way from japan yay!) and will usually light one wheel if you floor it in first in a straight line, grab 2nd and it will light both wheels. Sometimes if I grab 2nd round right hand corners it just fully roasts the drivers wheel and I have to back right off the gas to stop it
I have read that you can shim them up for pretty cheap, mostly good reports from this but as to how long it lasts, varied reports.
