  1. ^ yep.
  2. Nismo do, but they are not ADR compliant.
  3. I presume that will become a bonnet ornament, Nick?
  4. Yeah. 4300k D2R's. I like the white! (that, and I have 2 sets )
  5. Nah. Annoying, but pretty easy to do Nick. I have a 4xSMD LED in each of my parkers. Whilst they look good in the twilight, they most certainly DO NOT match the Xenon's whiteness or brightness.
  6. Looking at selling my PM35 RX front bar... if there is interest. Okay, so there is a pic of it below and the only damage is that there is a scratch on the right corner (which has the circle around it). So to answer a couple of possible questions; Yes, it does use the same mounts as the NM35 RS/RX front bars Yes, the NM35 headlights WILL fit, but there will be a wedge type gap that is about 10mm at the bottom corner, closest to the grill between the headlight and the bar that meets up about halfway up the headlight. Yes, you will need a grill (NM35 does not fit)... I was going to either shave off the grill mounts and attach a black mesh to the rear of the grill space) Yes, it will flow ALOT more air than the RS/RX NM35 front bar (great for a larger FMIC or trans/oil coolers) Anyway, no looking to make money off it, just get back what it owes me ($340).
  7. Black spur huh? hmm... Wasn't someone getting a Vic meet together? Oh, and I'm out for the Sydney meet. No really!
  8. I weep for your Stag's future
  9. Jeez mate, hope you had the trans cooler for that one!
  10. +1 Preach it Brotha!
  11. Those ramp things are the fantastic... but only if they have the extensions for lower cars. I have no chance of driving up the normal ramps without damaging the front bar.
  12. Bloody Hell! You in the northern 'burbs? We got no hail at all (S/E). Fair wind though, thankfully no trees decided to fall on my car this time
  13. To prove they are faulty and you are not trying to pull a swifty past the seller, assuming they didn't ask you to return the 6000k units I guess they figure that you probably wouldn't be prepared to do that if the one's you have were fine and you were just trying to get a spare set without paying.
  14. Or buy my fully working Nm35 headlights when I install my new bumper (don't have it yet).
  15. +1 Can you say "Rhinestone Cowboy"? DO like the retro fit above though.
  16. no, but you would have a 26 and an extra turbo which would add up to an even wider Definitely no M35's?
  17. hmm... maybe we need to flash more vigorously? ... or toot our horns?
  18. hmm... Should have shown here my "Xenon's" then!
  19. This morning saw a white S1 turning into the "Superstore" complex in Frankston. Female driver. Totally ignored my friendly wave and flashing. Nothing unusual about that statement at all!
  20. ... sensitive. Not jealous (of what?), nor a hater (what for?) bud, just a smartarse and no, I can't afford them... but that does not bother me in the slightest. So I am a Low baller? Have I made you an offer?? Maybe I should so I can live up the name! No problem with your topic either... not my forum, so it's not for me to decide who says what and what goes where.
  21. They will require ongoing maintenance (as would the Stagea - or any car for that matter), but an R31 is a great first car and a good way to learn how to look after your car. I had one as a second car (VH Commo was my first - I put it through hell for 4 years). R31's have plenty of room to work on and a fairly large community here in Vic that can help out with any q's you have. If you do go the R31 route, maybe talk to Classic Skyline's Australia (don't have their details on me), great group of guys/gals who really love their R31's. As the others have said, wait until you are off your P's (do some driving courses during that time), then get your Stagea.
  22. Are you referring to the cone shaped piping between the 60mm rubber intercooler piping and the trottle body? Scotty was kind enough to modify a 300x76mm piece of aluminium piping to use as a replacement (incorporated BOV mount). Just need the larger FMIC and make up the rest of the piping. So much on so little? Tell me about it! Frustrated to Hell!
  23. Thanks for the link to the page, Andy. Haven't seen that page before. That is what we are looking at doing when I was referring to a plenum spacer. But we were looking at 10mm. May have to change that size.
  24. Nope. Didn't read the whole site. I am more of a picture looker Love the idea though! Didn't TEPS use VQ35 cylinders and cams or something? I certainly do like his plenum!
  25. For parker (annoying) 1. Remove the front push in clip and phillips-head screw (~12 o'clock) from the wheel arch. 2. Pull guard out enough to get your fingers into the lower part of the light where the parker is housed. 3. Twist 1/4 turn anti-clockwise and pull out 4. replace bulb and reverse steps to re-install. Headlights (easy) 1. Remove airbox (1 support bolt & 1 screw to AFM the pull vertically) or radiator overflow (1 support bolt) depending on which side you need to replace 2. Remove wires from "keep tidy" hooks on light covers 3. Turn light cover anti-clockwise (will take a little effort) and pull away 4. Unclip Xenon Ballast (turn anti-clockwise) 5. Unchook wire support & remove bulb 5. replace bulb and reverse steps to re-install
