  1. Sorry mate, need better filtration than that (live on a dirt road)
  2. Love the fact that it is up against that "hoon show" on SBS.
  3. Now where is that sarcasm font.
  4. Since they come from factory with Platinum plugs, I would think that you still have ~20,000kms left (Nissan replace them at 80,000). A few of us have done it. I do not have the NGK factory plug number on me, but I believe that they are the same as an Evo 9 (at least the Denso Iridium's are the same between the two cars). You can do it yourself so all the cost will be in the plugs, but you will need to take off the intake piping and removing the piping into the throttle body on the left side of the engine can make it much easier also. They are pretty deep so a socket extension is required (at least it was for me). As for plug cost, we had a small group buy earlier this year that you can read about HERE
  5. Thanks Scotty. I was looking for that site again (forgot to bookmark it last time) Would love to see more of that particular car (TEPS strike again!) The front is the Balsinari bar and grill, Balsinari side skirts and custom rear. Appreciate the work that has gone into it (stained glass? Interesting!), but on the whole I think it looks pretty crap actually.
  6. +1 for Northshore. My car was complied and bought through Northshore Prestige over 2 years ago and whilst it came with Halogen globes in the headlights, all of the Xenon gear was in there and just needed to be re-crimped which was as easy as it gets I do believe that their cars all have working Xenon's after compliance now. Fantastic customer service too! Andy, that sounds like to poorest excuse of compliance "workmanship"... Guys that cut corners like that deserve to go out of business. 100% agree.
  7. Agreed. My seats are in better condition than that & mine has just over 150,000km's on the clock.
  8. Aaahhhh. So that's what this internet thingy is for! Cheers Birds!!
  9. Agreed... mostly. Give me a Celica GT4 over a 180 or Silvia, and a Supra over a skyline any day! Those cars certainly do not lack "passion"... but they ended some time ago, unfortunately. (as it stands, had I not bough a car based on my wants and the needs of a family - thus the M35 - I would have been quite happy in a Supra RZ or a Celica GT4) So are you the pot or the kettle??
  10. You could either wait for the light to disappear or you could ERASE IT Doesn't take much to erase an error code.
  11. The engine light has come on every time I have unplugged the AFM. f that is all that you have done, it will turn off in time.
  12. yes, but you are talking mechanical, and we all know that Toyota over engineer... but with the exception of the Caldina, everything that Toyota have pushed off the production line post 2001, as far as I can recall, have looked like crap. It is like the people in charge of the aesthetics of their cars have no emotion what-so-ever. They needed to be a bit bigger too... but I do love the newer models (not so much the interior though).
  13. If the rim widths are the same, why would the tire sizes be any different?
  14. accurate product picture
  15. Nice work Danny! I am sure this is a mod most M35 owners would like to do, so cheers for the info
  16. So they are on then? Pics with them peeping through your rims please!
  17. How so? Just because it is a manual? RWD, 3.5L N/A compared to AWD, 2.6L twin turbo. My wife is 150cm. Looks outrageous when she drives my M35. (thank goodness for electric height adjusting seats)
  18. When I read that, the voice in my head was Ralph Wigam's
  19. At least yours is on the road! I won't have my radiator back in until Friday night at the earliest... Then I have to re-swap my NM front back on in time for a wedding just after lunch! Thus I will not be able to come Lachlan, which sucks because I was all geared up for a cruise too!
  20. Not unless you have DVD headrests!
  21. Excited for the weekend, yes. Got a wedding to attend though... and the Stag isn't cruise worthy at the moment.
